Tania and Sergio were absolutely amazing and would 100% return when we come back to Mexico! - We did it on our cruise stop and we couldn’t have asked for a better day! Tania and Sergio gave us clear directions and we made a stop at a Tequila ranch before we got to cooking. Truly an authentic cultural experience.

Tons of great food, drink, and friendly company—and oh yeah, we also learned to cook! - We took this cooking class as an excursion when our cruise landed in Cozumel. Sergio and Tanya made this a great experience—they made us feel comfortable, Tanya is a wonderful cook, and Sergio definitely kept the margaritas (two kinds) and cerveza flowing! They were very generous with their time and their food. My one piece of advice to other people taking this class is to pace yourself, because the salsa and guacamole were so good that I was full before we even made the main dish! If you are in Cozumel, definitely take this class!

Great Family Kitchen Experience - Our family of nine people all loved this experience - even the 4 teenagers. Tanya and Sergio met us at the market. After asking a few questions about our food preferences, Tanya shopped and showed us around the market. Very interesting. We then hopped in their two cars and made a stop for a little taquila tasting to start the day. We moved on to Tanya's house where the chopping and cooking began and we tasted absolutely delicious food for the next 2 hours. She and Sergio made us feel so welcome and were delightful company the entire time. I absolutely recommend this for all the foodies out there and for anyone who wants an experience in a Mexican home.

Fabulous time in Cozumel - We were nine of us, ranging from 12 to 79 years old, and joined by two others from another ship. We were met at the central market by Tania and Sergio; both spoke excellent English and were both delightful company. First we watched as they bought ingredients from vendors in the market...the real thing, not a touristy sham. Then we helped prepare the ingredients and watched as Tania prepared a delicious lunch, explaining everything as she went along. Sergio meanwhile mixed delicious margaritas and other drinks for us while we ate, and when finished, they took us back to our cruise ship. A wonderful experience, enjoyed by everyone in our party, from the youngest to the oldest!!! Cannot recommend enough!

Great day, delicious food! - We wanted to get off the tourist path and enjoy some authentic Mexican cuisine. Our host Tanya was very hospitable and knowledgeable. Had fun visiting the market to get the food. In the kitchen she kept the food coming! All of it was so good and fun to help prepare. Loved that she shared the recipes as well. We would love to come back and do with our family!
