Exceptional experience - Our master diver was exceptional in so many ways - fluent in English and kind. The support staff was also friendly and professional. Our master diver entered into our experience with enthusiasm, directing us to fascinating animals hiding in the coral reef. We saw sting rays, moray eels, squid, angel fish, parrot fish, lobster, a sea cucumber, and so much more. It was an unforgettable experience, and our master diver ensured our safety throughout our dive.

Great experience - Bruno was amazing. He instructed our family how to properly SCUBA, and was very patient with my kids (10 and 12 y/o). Amazing experience if you have never dived before I highly recommend this instructor! Oh- fyi- if you are not certified, they won’t let you take your own camera - so be prepared to pay a third party if you want photos or videos.

Don't settle for snorkeling when you can scuba dive! - This was the highlight of our trip! Marcello and Ramon were awesome and very patient with us as it was our first time scuba diving with our older teenage kids. It was an incredible morning that left us wanting more scuba diving experiences. We dove 20-25 feet and felt like we were in another world. The water was very clear and there were plenty of fish and coral to see. Thank you again to Marcello and Ramon... and thank you to Rayanna the underwater photographer who captured it all for us!

This is fun, everyone needs to try! - Gael was extremely kind and patient. It was me and my two kids, age 21 and 17. I'm 55, so it takes me a minute longer to catch on to new things. Gael kept his eye on me to make sure I understand everything and was comfortable. My son had already taken this course in Monterey, CA and he told me that Gael did a better job of teaching that the instructors in California. We enjoyed it!

Great staff! - Unfortunately I didn’t get to actually scuba dive due to weather restrictions. But I had scuba diving booked for 3 people and had to cancel. The staff here is 10/10 super friendly and was able to get my return processed right away with super fast responses!

Great Father/ Daughter Experience! - I booked this trip my 13 yr old daughter and myself. She wanted to snorkel in Belize, and I asked her if she would want to try Scuba instead. She jumped at the opportunity. The shop staff were great, the equipment was clean and in very good condition, and most importantly our Divemaster named "Pachi" was excellent. He made my daughter feel very calm & confident as he led us on her first dive. It is a PADI certified "Introduction to Diving" course and she absolutely loved it. Thanks again for the great Cozumel diving experience!

Perfect for a family of teens - The experience itself was awesome for our family of four ages 14-46! Things I wish I knew beforehand: the walk to the shop is about 15 minutes outside the port and different from the place where you dive, so read the directions for the meeting point thoroughly. Each person has to complete official PADI training before you can start, but they don’t send you the link until a day or two before, and we were already on the cruise ship without service, so we showed up an hour before our appointment and completed it at the dive shop. Gael was so patient, thorough, and made the experience beautiful. He provided waters and carried all the equipment to the dive spot. There were lots of dive companies using the spot to learn, but they didn’t go on the extended 30 minute dive outside the practice area like Gael took us. My 73-year-old mom was able to sit and watch us the whole time right on the water…there is a restaurant above the dive spot to eat before or after. The experience itself was intimidating, as we had never been scuba diving (or even snorkeling) before, but are avid swimmers…Gael taught you everything you needed to know from hand signals, to removing water from your mask underwater and replacing your mouthpiece, and you earn your first dive for scuba certification. I would highly recommend this activity for a family of teens and Gael was amazing and keeps you calm underwater while showing you the beauty of the fish and coral, plus it was just our family with him instructing.

Great Scuba Experience!! - Upon arrival at the shop, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We were quickly fitted and went over the dive area. Renata was our instructor and she is AWESOME!! Renata carefully took about 45 minutes to explain all of the details, do's and don'ts. We entered the water by walking into a shallow area to begin practice. One of our tour divers had severe fright and decided not to continue, Renata took care of getting her out of water and out of her equipment. Once we were all ready, we dove in over 40 feet of water! It was amazing and the dive shop owner, Phil is a super nice guy. Highly recommend.
