Great even for 1st time snorkelers - I am a beginner swimmer and never snorkeled before but coming to Cozumel, I wanted to challenge myself. But I wanted the personal attention. This boat crew and experience was 10/10! I felt safe and had personal attention that I wouldn’t have had in group tour so I was able to enjoy the snorkeling. We saw all types of fishes including 80 year old sea turtle, etc. Carlos and Omar were very nice and professional. I can’t say enough positive things about the experience. Thank you!

Cozumel Snorkel Tour – A Must-Do Adventure - This snorkel tour in Cozumel was hands down one of the best we’ve ever experienced! Having done several snorkel tours across the Caribbean, we were blown away by the amazing sea life we encountered on this trip. We saw three sea turtles (including a baby munching on coral!), a spotted eagle ray, massive conch shells, starfish, and an abundance of vibrant tropical fish. It was like swimming in an aquarium! Our crew—Captain, tour guide Oscar, and photographer Brandon—were exceptional. They safely guided us to the best snorkel spots and even jumped in the water to point out where to find the coolest sea life. Brandon’s underwater photography was incredible—his shots captured our family alongside the stunning Cozumel sea life, and we’re thrilled to have those memories preserved forever. To top it all off, the onboard refreshments were fantastic. We enjoyed handmade triggerfish ceviche, guacamole, and fresh fruit—it was all so fresh and delicious, the perfect treat after snorkeling. If you’re heading to Cozumel, this tour is a must! The sea life, the crew, and the unforgettable photos made this an adventure we’ll treasure forever. Highly recommend!

Amazing tour and service - This is the second time in the year that we have hired this boat and this tour. We would definitely hire them back. Again Carlos commanded the boat and Manuel was our snorkel guide, both provide first class service and make everything very simple and enjoyable. The tour takes between 3.30 and 4 hours. Underwater landscapes, without equal. Laura, the photographer of the tour also took great care of us and took amazing photos. Gracias Tortugas! See you soon.

Worst day in Mexico!!!! - We booked through Tripadvisor in early December and was expecting this trip very high, but it was the worst day of the year. our stay in Mexico. We took a ferry from Playa del Carmen to Cozumel only for this tour and arriving at Tortugas Beach Club told us that our tour was cancelled. I was with my husband, aunt and niece and we just had nothing to do. Our tour was scheduled from 14:30 to 18:30 and at 16:00 we got another ugly boat without conditions of use. The time was already closed, the boat broke before reaching the reefs of Palancar and when we managed to get there the sailor forced us to leave the boat in the middle of the sea with an assistant and dropped us there probably to get the boat. My niece suffered a burn of living water and the assistant said there was no living water in the sea... not to mention that she wanted to go back and the boat wasn't nearby. I couldn't see El Cielo and El Cielito because it was already late and when we managed to get back at the Beach Club there was no way to take a taxi back to the ferryboat FUJAM DAQUI
