Once your water excursion ends, stick around for as long as you desire to take advantage of all the amenities and services at the Resort that include beach lounge chairs, a fresh water pool, massages, bar, and restaurant (please verify the services that incur additional charges; using the bar and restaurant will be on your own account) or just unwind at the beautiful beach.
- All Participants must be at least 12 Years Old and 4 feet (1.2 meters) tall
- Maximum weight is 300 pounds (136 kg)
- Maximum number of 5 passengers per immersion. If your group is larger than 5, you will go on 2 different submersions, one right after another
- Guests who are pregnant, with heart/lungs conditions/medical history, asthma, insulin dependence, epilepsy and/or back/neck problems can’t participate on this tour.
- Guests with recent surgery (past 6 months) can’t participate.

Great experience. Felt safe the entire time. - It's about a 40 minute walk from the port. We elected to walk to get some exercise. Felt very safe the whole way there and back. We arrived at the hotel to check in for our excursion. We were able to rent a locker for $5, but had to pay a $30 deposit that we did get back. We were then directed across the street via an underground tunnel to avoid traffic. The 3 gentlemen that ran the operation were super friendly, and made sure we knew that safety was a top priority. They showed us hand signals prior to going in the water, and constantly checked that everything was okay with us while we were underwater. Got to hold a puffer fish, sea urchin, star fish, and then got to feed fish from our hand. We could have paid $70 to have videos/pics taken under water, but elected not to. You get a usb drive with everything on it. The $70 would have been for the entire group. However, there were only 2 of us during this booking. Under water a total of 35 minutes by the time we signed waivers and got instructions. Would definitely do this again.

Underwater adventure - This experience is breath taking. Being able to explore the ocean while also interacting with the organisms was the best. The underwater images that the staff takes are great quality as well. Would do this again

A truly unique experience! - We arrived and parked across the street in front of hotel. We were met in the parking lot and taken to the waterfront for our tutorial. Everything was as promised and the experience was fun but quick. I think time is limited to oxygen…haha! Friendly and engaging crew. Thanks for a great time.

Exciting adventure under the sea! - The mini-subs were not able to move very quickly in the strong ocean current, but the divers helped pull us along the pre-set course as needed. They gathered some sea creatures from the bottom for us to hold while we were tethered to a rope on the sea floor. This experience was very exciting and unique. I have already recommended it to many other people!

A different exciting experience - It was fun being able to go under water and interact with the sea life. Riding on a mini submarine was something that was very cool.

Just book it ! - This was an amazing experience! Very fun and safe ! Loved every minute of it . Joaquin was very helpful and a great guide. Recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Cozumel!

The instructor was great.... - The instructor was great. I almost passed out getting into the bubble. I think I became claustrophobic. However my diver helped me relax and the show went on. It was pretty cool. I said no to taking pictures in the beginning but ended up wanting pictures in the end, however it was too late. I just wish they took pictures of everyone regardless, but I had a great time. Thanks for making me feel comfortable guys..

Good not great - The experience was fun. Understand this is not on a coral reef so don't have big expectations. The only thing keeping from a 5 star is the false advertising about the pool. You are NOT able to use the pool for the included price. It is $25 a person more.

Mini sub adventure - First time doing the mini sub and we were not disappointed. The staff were very helpful and friendly from the time we met up in the hotel lobby, safety briefing, and underwater. We would highly recommend and we will do this again! We only wish it was longer.

I booked a tour through... - I booked a tour through this company while traveling on Harmony of the Seas and provided all necessary details during booking. However, the tour's meet-up time (9:30 AM) was identical to my ship’s disembarkation time, making it impossible to arrive on time. This critical timing conflict was never communicated to me.
Despite my best efforts, I reached the meeting point by 10:10 AM but found no representative and received no call or guidance from their on-site coordinator, as promised. The lack of proper communication and consideration for logistical realities made this experience extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company for cruise passengers due to their poor planning and unprofessional service.
