Amazing Family Day - We booked this club for me, my 81 year old mom, and my twin 8 year old daughters. We were on a cruise and this was a quick and easy cab ride from the port. We were escorted inside and handed off to our wonderful server, Miguel, who took exceptional care of us. Miguel checked on us frequently and brought us delicious food and drinks all day. My kids loved the gorgeous pool and pool floats, and we spent all day there. It is a gorgeous place with clean bathrooms and delicious food. My kids are a little too young for the floats at the beach, but the teenagers there seemed to be having a blast. We loved this place and will be back! Be sure to book online as it sells out. We highly recommend! And thank you Miguel for an amazing day!

Would definitely go back when in Cozumel!! - Our cruise itinerary was changed due to inclement weather. When I found out we were going to Cozumel, I knew exactly where I wanted to go. This was our 4th time to Cozumel and knew I didn’t want to shop or tour this time. On one of our previous tours, we had stopped by Paradise Beach just to look at it. I made a mental note to spend the day there if we ever made it back to Cozumel. My husband and I loved it!! We took a 10 min taxi ride from the cruise port, which cost $18 per trip. When we arrived, we were escorted in by a host and were handed off to our specific attendant. He asked if we wanted poolside or beach. We indicated pool and he let us choose where to sit. He provided a food/drink menu, which we held onto for the day. If we were ready for another drink or food and he was maybe out at the beach, it was easy to wave down a different attendant and have them bring what we wanted. We had the same two guys the entire day, so we just divided the tip between the two of them. All the food items we had were delicious and the drinks are so yummy that they sneak up on you lol. The pitcher of sangria was delicious! They mix it right in front of you. We didn’t get in the ocean, but the pool temp was perfect! The entire property is extremely clean, including the bathrooms. The only thing you need to take are your beach towels, sunscreen and an appetite. Oh, and come thirsty! A couple more helpful tidbits… taxis are always out front, so no worries about getting back to the shop if you’re cruising. Also, it’s a few dollars cheaper to book straight through their website vs TripAdvisor.

Perfect family beach day - Hands down one of our favorite stops on our cruise! The waterpark was so much fun and we enjoyed snorkeling, the pool and our servers Daniel and Alberto took great care of us throughout the day! We also booked a cabana which was a definite perk however if we were to do it again we’d book one at the pool as the ants in the sand were a bit of a nuisance. Would definitely recommend stopping here for a day if you find yourself in Cozumel!

Highly recommend! - My husband and I loved Paradise Beach in Cozumel! We booked online and we were amazed how attentive Jesus was with us. We had a daybed by the pool and he made sure we had food and drinks all day. The water was beautiful both the Gulf and the pool. The place was very clean including the bathrooms. Very reasonably priced as well. We'll definitely be back!

Largest Pool in the Area - We visited when one of our party wound up spawning their ankle a couple of weeks before our trip and couldn't do more strenuous activities. We were fortunate as we were the only Cruise ship scheduled to be in port that day but due to a hurricane forming in the eastern cearribiean wound up being 1 of 2 ships that day. The club was not crowded and could have easily accommodated a lot more people. We camped out by the pool and enjoyed the day. The facilities are clean and food was tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed the tacos, quesadillas and the guac tasted fresh made. The drink tasted watered down for the two that we each got but when you order a bottle of water they bring you 4-5 in a large bucket of ice so they stay cool. The pool is about 4 to 4.5 feet deep and is completly tiled. They have lots of tubes and floats for your kids to play with. We walked down to the beach which was clean with lots of places to sit but the water was very cloudy and my kids didn't want to get in. They do have several inflatable play structures out in the water for an additional fee. Overall it was a relaxing albeit hot day at the pool that had servers bringing you food and drink. The severs were constantly walking by and flagging them down for refills or food was easy. at the end of your time they will bring you an itemized bill of the food and drink you consumed (don't worry its all included unless you ordered beer or premium liquor drinks) to help you calculate the tip for your servers. It was not a bad way to spend the time in port though IMHO a little pricey for the day.
