Woo Hoo!! - What a blast!! Super dusty, super fast, and even a little mud. This is our second time doing this tour and each time it has been great and also totally different areas that we explored with the Razors! Snorkeling, the food and drinks are just icing on the cake. Brittany was very knowledgeable with island information and Cristo was a fabulous guide through the trails while riding the Razors! Who knows, maybe we will do this tour a 3rd time! Would recommend for sure!

Great experience - Brittany did a wonderful job showing us Cozmel. We had a blast with Cristo driving the Razors through the jungle. We saw a lot of underwater wild life while anorkeling and the tacos and fajitas are yum! My wife and I re-did this tour for a second time so our kidscould experience it. Heck, we may even do it a third time if we are around this area again. Book it, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

A great experience. - We had a great time with our Guide Pachito. He took us to all the sides of Cozumel. Excellent food. He was very attentive to us, a family of 17.

Best Excursion in Cozumel - We had the BEST DAY in Cozumel with Francis!! He took us all around the island and told us some interesting facts and history about Cozumel! Started with a family owned tequila distillery- tasting the best tequila EVER! Went on an adrenaline packed 4wheeler ride through the jungle, and then ended with some very yummy fajitas and a gorgeous beach with some very cool snorkeling!! We saw an eel, sting ray, and some other neat fish!! I cannot recommend Francis “Pancho” enough! He was so so kind and took great care of us.

Prefect day - Roberto and his group did such an amazing job. Would highly recommend. Was private with no group and perfect for my wife and I. Definitely 5+

False Promises - Booked for 4, in 2 separate bookings; 2 people per raizor for better drive time, at Viator suggestion. Viator called tour group, sure no problem. Get there, 1 raizor, torn seat (scratched my leg up!); offered a 4 wheeler, all 4 people in 1 raizer, or back to ship, no discount. NEVER AGAIN!!! The guide, tequila, chocolate, and the resort were fine, not the raizor company... unfortunately, one in the same tour.

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS TOUR OPERATOR learn from our unfortunate experience on 8/30/24 - We, a group of 12 Royal Caribbean passengers booked this tour more than 30 days in advance. We met our tour guide at the designated spot and were told to grab waters at the store before our tour even though they were supposed to be included as stated on the tour website (no problem). He then proceeds to walk us toward our "vehicle" which was a few long blocks away. Along the way he informs us that he only has room for 8 in one vehicle that he will drive and one of us would have to drive his other vehicle for 4. None of this was explained to us when booking this tour and we were in contact with the tour company on several occasions prior to the tour. This is to Coco Beach, Tequila Tasting and Razor adventure and back to the ship. We asked for clarification as this was not what we booked. He assured us he would drive slowly so it will be easy to follow him. At this time, we became concerned, mulling it over between us, we don't hold an international driver's license or Mexican Insurance, AND we would be drinking/tequila tasting on the tour. Most importantly, the whole point of booking the tour is to have a driver and a guide which was also to be included. At this point we realized the tour company must have overbooked and didn't have a van or small bus large enough for our party. We felt like we would get separated or worse shanghaied. Our group of two young adults, two kids and 8 middle aged adults, concurred we were not feeling safe to go forward with this tour. Travel 101, you do not make poor decisions when traveling in foreign countries and we would rather be safe than sorry. We advised our guide we would not be participating any further, he apologized and agreed to inform his boss on what happened and give us a refund.
We informed Viator of all of this, Viator advised we needed to provide pictures as proof/evidence which we didn't have. They agreed to accept witness statements. Our party provided written statements (4) to collaborate this. After contacting Viator on three different occasions they have finally issued a refund (pending at the time of this post). We were told the tour company disputed our request for a refund at first, but Viator overruled them. We have used Viator on many occasions including an additional port on this trip. We have always had great experiences with them. That being said, an important tip would be to take photos, record conversations and get tangible evidence to present your case in the event of you have a problem such as ours. Unfortunately, for us we felt this was a wasted port day in Cozumel as we were not able to grab another tour for the day.

Very Underwhelming - I would definitely avoid this company. Very unprofessional & boring. Even though you pay for the experience you’re still expected to leave tips at every stop, even to the guide (he mentioned multiple times how he depends on tips to survive). We spent most of our time riding in the car & the stops we made were underwhelming. Especially the off roading. It was just a giant dirt lot with old off roading vehicles. I would not book with this company again.

Stay away - Absolutely horrible! Walmart of tours, just like an earlier post. We were promised 2 razors for at least 60 minutes jungle tour. But reality is that they only have one really beat up cam-am. They took us out to a small track for a very short time. 30 minutes. And when questioned they said it was the full 60 minutes. Unfortunately for them I had a time stamp video of when we started and when we ended. Beach area was small and not very picturesque. Definitely stay away from this one. This is the “Red Neck” of tours.
