Awesome Experience - Being able to tour Cozumel in a private buggy with our kids while our tour guide drove in front showing us everything!

Experienced lots of things. - Our tour was curtailed to our interests which made for a very nice experience. We did many things and had a lot of fun. Our tour guide was very hands-off. He guided us to our location, gave us a little info, and then let us explore a little at each destination.

Great day - Angel was very knowledgeable and showed us so many different places. The Tequila tasting was great. We had a blast on the ATVs and the caverns were beautiful! I highly recommend this private tour!

Best tour in Cozumel to enjoy and learn about the Island and its history - We have been to Cozumel before, but we have never got to explore the Island as we did in this tour. My wife and kids enjoyed exploring the island at its best, from going in ATVs to cenotes, to learn in deep from the Mayan culture and black corals, to visit the light house and Mayan museum and snorkeling in a beautiful beach while food was getting prepared for us, and more....all of this hosted by the an outstanding host Godfredo, very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

Memories - Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The entire experience allowed us to see parts of the island we would not have seen on our own. The Cenote was beautiful and the atv ride was fun!

fun times - We had an excellent time on our trip. Oscar went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. That being said, I had to call the tour company when we got off the ship, because we were not given an exact addressee as to where we were going to meet our tour guide, also, they did not have enough ATV's for our group, which we reserved months in advance, so we had to double up so that another family got some and I feel that the ATV ride was to short and I did not except most of the ride through a neighborhood and on streets.

Good island tour - This was a good excursion. Our guide met us exactly where the meeting point was. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we were taken care of. We felt very safe since we were traveling with 4 kids. Unfortunately the weather was not cooperating that day so I don’t feel like we got the full experience this tour could offer—but that was not our guides fault by any means. He tried to take us to a different part of the island where the swimming would be better. The only thing I didn’t love was I felt like the jungle tour was too short—probably a total of 45 minutes. We did do a lot of driving—basically the full perimeter of the island but because of the weather we couldn’t make as many stops as I would have liked. Our guide was very good at finding and pointing out wildlife on our drive. Lunch was nothing fancy but it was ok. All in all for the first time in Cozumel and traveling as a large family this was a nice way to hit the highlights of the island while knowing we were being taken care of.

Should have hired a taxi for the day - Learned more reading the ad than on the tour. May have driven past several of the stops, but Pedro, our guide, didn’t stop to tell us anything about them so I have no idea. Didn’t go to Rio Chen. Cenote has very strong sulfur smell, not the typical clear and fresh cenote. Sent the company this email after the tour, haven’t heard anything back. We very much appreciated the tour operator accommodating an early pickup time to adjust for ship time versus Cozumel time, however this tour was awful. We feel ripped off. I learned more about Cozumel reading the description than from our tour guide. We did not visit any reef beach; we were taken to cocotiki; there were no reefs and no guide to snorkel with us. El playa mirador and el playa rio chen were not pointed out to us, never mind a stop to check them out. We were offered one swimming spot on a beach but told it would be much calmer at the club, so we agreed to go there instead. At the beginning of the tour I said repeatedly that we wanted to go to beaches that were quiet, no tour buses. The club had two tour buses out front. Lunch was included but not drinks, we were provided warm water and beer (we don’t drink beer), no ice in the cooler. We passed on the tequila factory, but weren’t told that it included the Chocolate tour and tasting - we wanted to go to that. We wanted to see more of everyday life so declined the light house as we were told it added 45 minutes driving time. We waited 30-45 minutes at a random house for atv’s to return as all of the ones available were broken. They offered a pool to swim in, but we this isn’t what we paid to do. I firmly believe we would have had a better time and received better value for our money by hiring a taxi for the day. We made two stops. One was the cenote. Our guide spoke with us a little bit here, but at the only other stop (the coco tiki beach club) our guide spent all spare time with the other guides. We paid for a private guide so that we could learn things and stop to ask things, but had no way to ask him to stop. We are extremely disappointed in this tour and experience; we feel we wasted our money and wish we had just hired a taxi for the day instead. Would have been much cheaper, probably would have learned more, and could have gone to a better beach that wasn’t a tourist trap.

HORRIBLE - DO NOT GO ON THIS. Our guide picked us up 2 hours late, we did not get to go on the atv’s or to the caverns because he forgot, we did not get to snorkel even though it was in the package, and to top everything off he ran over and killed a dog. Shocked to say the least. It was unprofessional and lame. Just rent a scooter for $50 and your the island yourself.
