Amazing way to experience Cozumel - What a delightful experience. Our guide, Anthony (Tony) tailored the trip perfectly to accommodate our desires. I am so glad that we brought our own snorkeling equipment because Tony took us to some amazing beaches that were not on the original itinerary.

Great tour! - Gabrielle was a fantastic driver/tour guide! First, he picked us up at our resort and talked through what we wanted to do. We went to check out the Jade Cenote. It is down a very bumpy road. He did great navigating all the bumps. Fair warning, there are a lot of bats in this cave. We did not swim here, but others were jumping through a hole. There are also a lot of mosquitoes this time of year. Make sure to bring bug bands. Next, we went snorkeling at Sky Reef. It is a beautiful spot you can just wade right into. They have a beach spot, restaurant and tequila tasting right there. We finished up driving around the island and stopping at a little restaurant across from the ocean. They had delicious fajitas! Appetizers and drinks were extra. Overall, this is a great tour! Thanks!

Refreshing Cenote and excellent Chocolate and Honey Tasting!! - Paco was a great guide. Because our family doesn't drink alcohol, they were very flexible and instead of going on a Rum or Tequila tasting tour, we got to change it to a chocolate and honey tasting tour and we had some of the best white chocolate we have ever tasted! They also had some really good spicy honeys and it was quite the taste test. The cenote was awesome. Most of us jumped from the top of the cave down into the cenote, maybe 15-18 feet, but the water felt so refreshing, nice and cool but not too cold. We also got to see thousands of bats just hanging upside down at the other end of the cave-pretty cool. We got to stop and check out El Mirador, not good enough for a picture spot so we kept driving, and then headed a little farther down to go swimming at the ocean for about 20-30 minutes. Was hecka windy but we didn't care. We ate at a nearby restaurant and my kids loved the fish fajitas while the rest of us as beef or chicken fajitas or Cheese and Beef Quesadillas. Note: We ordered 4 non-alcoholic pina coladas and guacamole and pico de gallo, and it ended up costing us $59 dollars and we felt that we were totally hosed by this. Other than this, was a great trip.

Good but not for little ones. - Although it was a great experience for older kids and adults I would not recommend for children under 8-10yo. We called and asked if it was appropriate for our 5yo and they said it was. However, snorkeling wasn’t, water was choppy and it got deep. The Jade Cavern picture shows a person floating as if you can go in and swim, you can’t. It’s a 20+ft jump into a 40ft deep body or water. And the chocolate tasting while good, it was nothing but a dab of cacao paste (3 flavors) that took less than 8min. With this being said, the whole experience is awesome, but they should not charge as much as they do for a child that young, nor should it be recommended for them.

Fun Trip Around Cozumel - We had a fun day with Gabriel today, he is a Cozumel native and gave us lots of history on the island. He was very accommodating to me a single mom with my 2 and 9 year olds. We really enjoyed the stop for lunch at Coco Beach Club, the fajitas and tacos were great and the water in Cozumel is beautiful!

Good and not so good - Tour didn't get off to a good start. Driver was late, had to walk all through backstreets to get to the vehicle, which was in awful condition. No AC, the seats wouldn't fold down so I had to climb through the window to get in! Was falling apart essentially. Thankfully they said we could use a newer jeep as we was going to turn down the whole tour. Other than that the tour itself was quite good, got to spend some time in the caves and nothing was too much trouble for the guide, who was very friendly. He did not speak very good English however, so it was quite hard at times to understand what was being said and therefore didn't get to learn much about the area. All in all though I would recommend!

Tequila factory scam - The excursion itself was ok, but the stop at the tequila factory was a complete scam. We tried some really delicious tequila, bought some, and then when we got home it tasted NOTHING like what we tried….they bait and switched us. I can’t believe Viator didn’t vet this place better.
