Excellent personal tour around Cozumel island! - Excellent personalized tour. Our guide, Edwin Heredia, drove us around with nice jeep. He was very informative about the areas, histories. Relaxed tour guide which he allowed us to spend the time we wanted. We are very happy with the different stops- Punta Sur including lighthouse and nature tours, stopping along beaches for a walk and pictures, Sabor tequila making tour and tasting, market shopping, Coco Beach for fajitas! Excellent!!! Would come again!

Immersive Cozumel Adventure - Pedro was knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed conversing with him and he taught us about the history and culture of the island. We even learned a few Mayan words. We enjoyed the snorkeling and the lunch was delicious. Pedro was able to customize the tour to our interests. I recommend that you request Pedro to be your tour guide.

Fun times! - Edwin is very adaptable and fun. Good guy! Tequila tasting was just okay, but the nature is really awesome here. I enjoyed snorkeling and just driving around with a good local guide.

Could have been better - This tour was okay but of the three excursions we did, definitely the least favorite. Our tour guide seemed sleepy. Water/beer was supposed to be included but we never got offered any--we had to buy it at The Beach Club, $4 per bottle of water. Nor were we offered snorkeling equipment. This tour was okay but I better there are better ones out there. Keep shopping!

Don't count on snorkeling - Our guide was good and the sites were great, but a guided snorkel tour was never brought up or talked about. I asked about snorkeling a few times and i was just given short answers and the subject was changed. Our final stop, lunch at COCO's, I asked about snorkeling one last time and he pointed at the beach from the eating area and said gear was out there. I couldn't find gear. Beautiful island, but disappointed that guided snorkeling was a offered in the description but never followed through on.

Misleading!!! Save your money! - This was chosen for it's itinerary and unfortunately it did not live up to it. We were booked for Jan 7th 2025. A Jeep Wrangler is displayed at booking but we were given a Jeep Renegade. This Jeep had a tire pressure warning and check engine light on! My husband, son and I followed Fernando, the tour guide (who was joined in the car by my parents and other son). It was hard to keep up with him driving fast as he was bypassing slower cars. We were told snorkeling was out due to weather, however, it would have been nice to then have extra time at the other stops to make up for no snorkeling. Our first stop was Punta Sur Eco Park. The sand road to get to the lighthouse was so full of giant holes, I thought the car would lose a tire! After the lighthouse, we visited a pier with a tower to see the crocodiles. Then we visited a rocky beach line. I'm not sure if this is considered one of the listed stops because there was no communication on what this stop actually was. We were asked if we wanted to stay 30 or 40 minutes. The kids wanted to stay longer but I figured we had more on the agenda to get to. We got back in the car and ended up at Coco's Beach Club for lunch. We immediately were pulled in to take pictures, which we should have adamantly declined. Beef tacos were hard to chew and couldn't finish. While eating, we were asked to take more pictures or buy something. Then asked to buy the "free" picture for $45! I felt harassed and not comfortable there. We said we were done eating and to move on. I was shocked to then realize we were lead back to the meet up point. Before we began the tour, we were told snorkeling was out, but that we would have a tequila, chocolate and tortilla tasting (it's also listed on the What's Included at booking). When I asked why we did not partake in that, Fernando explained we "chose" to have lunch instead. If you read other reviews, they state they had the tasting and the lunch included. If you read "What's Included" when booking, we did not do the tasting, no snorkel tour, no Sky Reef Beach Club, no Sabores de Cozumel Park, no El Mirador to see the rock arch bridge. Very poor communication and this tour felt like a tourist trap. Save your money and just rent a vehicle and tour the island yourself. You won't feel rushed. Spent almost $500 for 4 adults and 2 kids and felt very taken advantage. I regret booking this tour. Very disappointing and below expectations.
