Perfect Day, My Way, in Cozumel! - Carlos is second to none! It was an incredible full day private tour to see everything and anything I wanted. He was the driver, the tour guide, the snorkel guide and beverage service throughout the ride! He truly cares and knows his stuff. Don’t hesitate to book with him any time you’re in Cozumel!

Fantastic excursion - Our tour guide Britney was amazing! She not only shared her incredible knowledge of Cozumel but also got to know us and what interested us. She was very friendly and made the day seamless. She made sure we got all the experiences we could but we never felt rushed through any of it. She was also very aware of our cruise departure time to be sure we were back to port with plenty of time to make boarding. All around a WONDERFUL experience!

Great Way to See Cozumel! - We had so much fun on this tour! Ian was a terrific and personable guide. He arrived early and verified who we were. Ian was friendly and very knowledgeable about Cozumel and its history. He tailored the tour to our interests. Punta Sur was amazing! The trek to the top of the lighthouse was well worth the effort, even with the tight squeeze at the top. Snorkeling at Skyreef was very relaxing and beautiful. We were not experienced snorkelers, but Ian gave helpful instruction and tips that made it all the more enjoyable. Ian provided cold drinks which were very helpful. The lunch was delicious with a wonderful ocean view. We felt safe during all parts of the tour. We do recommend bringing bug repellent as there were some hidden spots we visited that had mosquitoes. We highly recommend this tour, especially with Ian.

Fun - Our guide Barney was fantastic.. we had a great time with him. He let us stay at the beach as long as we wanted.

Wonderful day seeing many things in Cozumel - We had a wonderful time out with Panchito for the day. We highly enjoyed the tequila tasting, drive around the island, and time spent at Punta Sur. Panchito provided excellent service.

Good tour - Great tour except the taquilla tasting. Hans was amazing and toured us from one place to another. Very friendly and informative. He even stopped for us at the pharmacy to get a medication for us. Avoid being scammed at the taquilla tasting and don’t fall for their push tactics to sell you their way over priced bottles.

Having had numerous... - Having had numerous previous cruise stops in Cozumel, but never getting to the east side of the island, we thought it was time to do so. The morning started out a little rough as the "private jeep" sent to pick us up was old, dirty, uncomfortable and felt unsafe. Thankfully, our private driver and guide, Adriana, was great and arranged for the company to quickly get us a much better vehicle quickly. She saved the day and helped make the excursion enjoyable with her perfect amount of friendly interaction with us.

We got ripped off - Pickup was in time. We were never informed that high winds and beaches were fly red flags. We did not get to stop at any of the beaches as paid for. To top it off, we went to Hotel Hacienda where we had some tequila tasting. We were coerced into buying $220 USD bottle of tequila which included a free bottle of Mango flavored tequila. The samples provided were great but not what's in the bottle. We got ripped off. DO NOT BOOK A TOUR WITH THIS COMPANY. Sold us crap $20 tequila for $200 and wouldn't offer a partial refund for the water red flag day. Driver was super nice however.

Did Not Live Up to Expectations - Johny was a great tour guide. He really tried to make this a great day for us, but unfortunately the tour did not live up to the expectations based on the description. Our tour only lasted for 4 hours, but the description said 5-6 hours. The biggest disappointment was the beach club. The food was terrible and the beach club had a tiny pool, small beach with hard wooden slotted chairs which were very uncomfortable. We never even had the opportunity to snorkel. It also seemed as though we spent more time in the car than participating at the destinations. Johny was very engaging, friendly, and knowledgeable!

Disappointing, major waste of money. - Not as advertised. We booked the jeep tour for a group of 13 people knowing it would be 3 jeeps. Our guide was over 20 minutes late with no communication. Upon arrival, we were then told we would have to walk another 20 minutes to get to the jeeps. This was a lot for our 6 kids in that heat. Once we got to the jeeps we were then told we had to drive ourselves for 2 of the jeeps. This was never communicated to us! Thankfully two members of our group agreed to drive. We were left without any guide in our cars and forced to keep up with the first car, which was stressful. We arrived at our first location- a beachside location to snorkel where we were told snorkeling was cancelled due to the wind. Fair enough, no one can control the weather. However this should have been communicated ahead of time. We then drove over an hour through horrendous dirt roads to get to another snorkel spot only to be told it was adults only. Thankfully the 6 children were happy to swim at the shore but it meant some of the adult members of the group missed out on snorkeling to supervise them. We were rushed into the water and our snorkel guide swam at a crazy fast pace, not ever stopping to see if we were keeping up. The location also announced upon arrival that they had no electricity and quickly served us the included lunch. Without refrigeration, half our group declined the food which we had already paid for. Drinks were supposed to be included but we were charged extra for all drinks, including water. After an hour at this location, we decided just to go back and catch an earlier ferry back to PDC. Our guide offered to stop at a lighthouse but we declined. Thankfully we did because had we stopped we would’ve missed the last ferry off Cozumel. The guide was friendly and personable but only the 4 people in his jeep got a guided tour. He also told us that the expected tip was $40 a person! This is after we paid $1000 for this tour. It was a ridiculous price after we had to drive ourselves, had no guide for those in the cars we drove, didn’t include snorkeling for the kids, got charged for drinks, etc. Overall this was hugely disappointing and I would not recommend for anyone. Save your time and mone!
