Above and Beyond - Ill start off by saying we booked this VERY last minute due to another company that does the same thing cancelling on us.
Victor was our guide. Victor was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable about the island. He grew up on the island, has worked SEVEREAL customer service jobs such as bartending on cruise ships, restaurants and more. This was a breeze to him. Victor took us around the locals (at our request) we spent the day living pretty much like the locals visiting all their favorite spots. Victor went out of his way to make sure my 3 year old was happy, by finding her shells that washed ashore, and many other things. Again, we cannot stress how amazing this tour was thanks to VICTOR!

Great Day in Cozumel - The jeep tour my husband and I took was great. Unfortunately the weather didn't permit any snorkeling. Youssef, our driver, was very friendly with a great sense of humor. He knew people at every stop we made. My husband loved the tequila tasting and the introduction into organic tequila processing was very interesting and informative. Youssef took us to get some very delicious shrimp and conch ceviche! The tacos included with the tour for lunch were good as well. Loved the drive around the island too! Thanks Youssef for making the day memorable despite the rain!

Very nice island tour - Great time with Eduardo for our private tour. He showed us around the island at our pace and shared lots of information as we went along. The provided drinks were very welcome. The meeting point was very conveniently located when getting off our Royal Caribbean ship

Full Island Experience - Had a wonderful time with Adrianna! She gave us an authentic Island Tour. We visited the Cozumel Museum, had some awesome food from a local road-side vendor. Learned about Tequila, visited several beaches, climbed up the lighthouse and her knowledge about local culture was incredible.

Cozumel Fun - Paci was an amazing guide and showed us around the island. Very professional. If you decide to do this tour ask for Paco. You won’t be disappointed.

Welcome to Mexico! Rules don’t apply :-) - We started off on a rough start. Our excursion was canceled last minute due to unknown reasons, but we were able to rebook directly through their website. It was a bit of a fiasco, but we got it to worked out and were able make it happen. It was a bit chaotic to find the meeting place, but the locals were great and pointed us to the right place (the lighthouse next to Hooters). From there the tour guide took us to the jeeps, which were in decent condition.. but hey, that’s part of the experience. I thought it was funny how they had a cooler full of beer and were more than willing to pass it out to the everyone (including drivers) regardless of age nor was there any concerns about having a valid drivers license, 😁. Welcome to Mexico. Lol. we had fun traveling on the island and the tour guide was happy to accommodate any of our request. Overall, it was a fun experience and the kids had fun getting away and exploring. The authentic tacos were AMAZING and rum tasting chocolate tasting was pretty cool as well… but it did feel like a bit of a sales pitch but still a good experience and a good way to check out the island and get away from the people.

Great way to experience Cozumel! - Enjoyed a wonderful day trip across Cozumel! It was nice to have a private car and driver take us to some of our favorite places on the island. Tony did a great job touring us around and explaining the island. Only issue was with the jeep breaking down and not starting. We eventually got swapped out with a different jeep and kept the tour going. Would have appreciated hearing from the tour company regarding that issue. We understand it wasn’t Tony’s fault. Overall love Cozumel and the private tour!

Not as Advertised - We had a good host and he drove us around the island however the “cooler of beer” was four beer and no more. We had to press our host to go snorkeling and he arranged a paid a guide to take us out. Our host seemed more interested in stopping by places around the island that were selling things to you.

Canceled Last Minute, After Payment - We Booked this Excursion and private tour for my family and I in Aug. We were on the cruise and the evening before the trip they canceled. We had to book a last minute excursion and pay twice the price. It was so crazy everything was paid and confir.ed I emailed and chat got all the information , was advised oir tour guide was Juan he would be meeting us, then last minute they canceled , the customer service processed refund after they reached out to this vendor and confirmed vendor canceled stated they overbooked, but my reservation and deposit had been confirmed and paid since August. I DO NOT SUGGEST IF TRAVELING WITH FAMILY AND CHILDREN.

Without comment - We waited 1 hour at the appointment our driver, contacted by phone 2 times at our expense. The first time the lady explains that we will have another driver than the one originally planned and, the second no more information.
We cancelled on tripadvisor and a few minutes later the provider cancelled our tour.
