Great Guides and... - Great Guides and interactions. They were very accommodating. The tour it itself was good, would have liked to see more see life, but can’t really control that. Definitely a unique experience.

I highly recommend this to anybody that cannot scuba dive. It's as close to scuba diving as you're going to get. - It was well worth the experience. Highly recommend this to anybody that enjoys underwater spoons. It's as close to a scuba diving experience as you're going to get without actually putting on a tank and going scuba diving

Seatrek Walk, 20ft below - One of the best water expirences I've ever done. From our arrival and unitl our departure, we felt that we were in safe hands. My wife doesn't swim and is terrified of being under water but she throughly enjoyed this expirence.

An Adventure - Our Sea Trek experience was a great experience. The staff's utmost concern was safety. They were careful in explaining exactly how the excursion would go and what to expect. They provided hand signals so we could communicate with them underwater which I ended up needing. I couldn't get the helmet to sit on my shoulders properly. There is a foam runner that fits on each shoulder to help the helmet be secured. The helmet itself is very heavy-75# which was unexpected for me. It looked plastic in the pictures and even reviews I read, it never mentioned anything about the helmet. However, the guides were very attentive in helping me when I signaled for it. Overall, the experience was great. There is plane wreckage that you get to see as you hold on to a secured rope 20ft below the water. The fish- bright and beautiful- swim right up to your helmet and bodies. They seemed to have no fear. It could be the fact that the guides come down with a handful of food for them every time. :) I loved my time under the water and didn't feel rushed at all. I wish the pics weren't so expensive-or that they made it possible to buy just one photo. I would have given this a 5 rating if the helmet hadn't given me such pain on my shoulders and the ability to buy just one photo would have been possible.

Great memorable experience - This was a great experience, I'm a person with no swimming experience. I was very nervous in the beginning but manged to to take on the experience. Glad I did. They explained briefly before, what to do and not to do. Also if you don't want the full 30 minutes you have the option to finish early. The reason for the 4 star, I didn't like the service for the included drinks, i walls ignored for long time. Also the photos are a little pricey and you purchase the whole package. Of course everyone wants the experience captured. Especially non swimmers like myself.

Employees harassed and physically pushed a turtle. Very unethical behavior. - We had a beautiful trip in Cozumel, except that on our last day we witnessed harassment of wildlife by "SeaTrek Underwater Helmet Diving Experience" in front of Jeannie's. We were snorkeling in the same spot. The group of tourists doing the underwater experience had 3 scuba divers with them. The scuba divers were surrounding AND pushing a big turtle, trying to force it near the tourists. It was very upsetting to see. We went on several snorkel tours on our trip, and every time, we were reminded never to touch or chase a turtle, and to stay calm and still if a turtle came near us. Seeing 3 people in full scuba gear (so not even limited by a need to come up for air) physically pushing a turtle was really gross. Please do not ever support the company that does this!
