Great Experience - Great experience. My friends and I were able to see a sea turtle, starfish, stingrays and many other fish like a barracuda. The crew was very nice and knowledgeable. After the main snorkling we were taken to a sand bar for drinks and the best guacamole and chips I've ever had. We were able to do some snorkling on our own during this time. There were so many stingrays swimming around us. The sand bar was probably my favorite. I would definitely do this tour again.

Great outing snorkeling - Great outing with Joel as Guide. We went to the sites of Columbia reef (very nice fish and pretty reef), Palancar and El Cielo. We accompanied a turtle and saw lots of beautiful things. Everything ended with a good beer and good guacamole in crystal clear water. Top 👍

Great trip. Whole family had a blast. Alejandro (Alex) went above and beyond !!! - My family had a great snorkel tour with Maybe Tours today. Saw turtles, rays, and all kinds of marine life. Whole boat staff was great but Alejandro (Alex) was awesome !!!! He even went out of his way to pick us up at our Airbnb to take us to the marina the tour left from as he was going to be in the area that morning. Talk about going above and beyond !!! If you're looking for a great 4 stop snorkel tour, use Maybe Tours, you won't be disappointed !!!

AMAZING!!! - Joel, Fillberto, & Carlos were fantastic!! Joel was very fun and knowledgeable. Fillberta was a wonderful captain and made the BEST guacamole!! Carlos took fantastic pictures and they were well worth it. Highly recommend and we will absolutely do this again and recommend to anyone and everyone traveling to Cozumel. Thank you guys :) Out of everyone we talked to on our ship; we had the BEST experience and we are so grateful. They took great care of our dry bag and bookbag be brought on.

Saw turtles as promised, star fish, more than o could count. Lunch was best. Stingray swimming around us in the shallow - Definitely worth the trip and we scuba dive. Saw star fish, turtles and stingrays. Had a fun time made new friends.

Snorkeling, starfish, turtles, shark - Had an amazing time snorkeling. We went to 3 different areas and saw lots of fishes, star fishes, turles, stingrays, and a shark. They took pictures for us. And gave us drinks and chips towards the end.

Great experience, but difficult start - Great experience with an enthusiastic guide. We saw turtles, starfish, stingrays, beautiful fish. The tour was postponed twice due to the weather and communication about this was unclear and poor. At the start we also had to pay extra taxes (120 pesos per person). Luckily we forgot all about this once we were in the water!

Great experience however difficult to find meeting place - Experience was great however your operator did not give us good directions on how to meet up once we got off the ship

Frustrating - The experience of the tour was good . We saw alot of different sea life. Unfortunately it was never disclosed that when getting off the ship in Cozumel you had to take a taxi to the Marina ( we had 16 in our party ) that was costly. Then when we get there you had to hike to the harbor and try to find the place. There are no signs telling you where to go . After getting to Beachside tours to check in there is a port fee for everyone taking the tour. Finally on the boat they wanted to separate our party to another boat. After a long discussion they decided to keep us together. We were vacationing as a family and were told that we would all be on one boat. The crew on boat were nice and the Captain made us great guacamole with chips ,beer and juice. I guess I assumed Viator would disclose all the extra charges so we could have been prepared. Totally disappointed in there service

Great Excursion with Crew - We booked this excursion months in advance and even called to make sure our group of 16 would be one boat. When we arrived, they reassured us again that all 16 of us would be on the boat. When we got ON the boat, a man who was in charged asked for my elderly dad and mom to get off the boat as the max on the boat was 14. I refused as we were told twice that all 16 of us would be on the same boat. The man was not happy with us. The actual crew on the boat were amazing and we saw multiple sharks, turtles, stingrays, starfish, fish, etc. It was great! Two things that this company did not state on the description of the tour was that there would be a $6 marina fee per person on their listing AND that you would need to find your own transportation to this marina. We were coming from a cruise ship and both cruise terminals were a 15 minute taxi drive to the marina. We thought it would be a short 5 minute walk and it definitely was not. Just so you know ahead of time how much extra money to bring.
