Cozumel Surf School by Highlife - Hello! We will pick you up in your hotel, cruise or meeting point in the Island of Cozumel, and then take you to Playa Bonita, where we will have a 90 minute surf lesson, 10 minutes is a theory lesson and 80 minutes in the water with your instructor.
The activity takes about 2.5 hours in total counting…

We are a group of professional and certified surf instructors ready to make you stand on your first lesson! Cozumel is a great spot to learn so you can surf wherever you want next! Or if you are a surfer already, let us take you to conquer different spots (visit different waves in the same trip)
We will have an snack/water break in between the lesson or at the end and once finished, we will drop you off where we picked you up!
If you have any questions or petitions just contat us! We will make sure you have everything you need.

The perfect place with the perfect instructor - I thought surfing was not for me because the 2 times I tried I was ending up with something broken…until I tried the class with Camille and literally I stand up at the first try! She explained me how to do and what avoid to not get hurt…and it works!!!!! I had so much fun and now I can’t wait to try it again! Also the place is so nice, everything was just perfect! Thank you so much and see you soon!!!

Cozumel Surfing Experience - My husband and I booked a lesson with this company having never surfed before in our lives and we loved it! Our instructor, Camila, was knowledgable, patient, and kind, overall a great teacher!
Camila and her coworker, Sabrina, picked us up from our location and drove us out to the perfect beach on the other side of the island. They had a lot of knowledge of the island and even took pictures/ videos of our lesson!
We would highly recommend them!

The best surf school! - Had the best time! Felt instantly part of the team when they picked me up. Would recommend these ladies to all of my friends! Also, the photos of me surfing made me look professional! 10/10.

Amazing experience with surfing lessons - My son and I had an amazing experience with Highlife. Sabrina kept in touch with us via text to get our information and to provide all necessary details for our pickup. Camila picked us up at our resort and drove us to the location for our lessons. Camila provided excellent instructions on the board, how to stand up, and safety tips. Camila then spent 90 minutes in the water with us helping us catch waves and giving us tips. It was a very memorable experience and I would highly recommend Highlife to others.

A great experience! - I went for several surf lessons with Camilla, and she is very knowledgeable and friendly! Her instruction allowed me to really progress in my surfing, I ended up able to catch a wave and ride it in to the beach, it was soooo fun!! She was understanding of fears and concerns and guided me into comfort, never pushing to achieve something above my ability .
Communication in English was perfect. The company also runs a surf hostel, all female owned and operated, and it’s a really great vibe ! 🏄♀️🙏🏼
I recommend surfing with Cozumel surf school … and staying at their hostel too!

The BEST surfing experience. - Highly recommended. I booked a last minute surf lessons and Sabrina (owner) was very responsible. I’ve the best instructor as Charly is also a certified instructor to certify surfing instructors I. Mexico. Such privilege to learn from Charly. The experience was amazing and very personalized. If I have more time I would have sign up more of their other offerings.

Best surf lesson ever!! - What an amazing time we had learning to surf with Axel! He was so engaging and knowledgable about the island and about surfing, very friendly and such a good teacher. My daughter had never surfed before and she did great! Axel found a spot with great waves for us. This did not feel like a touristy activity, it felt like a real true surf lesson. We are happy and exhausted! What a great afternoon, can not recommend Adel and this company enough, 5 stars, highly recommend!

Excellent small group tour - This is an excellent and fun experience for the entire family. Every single person we interacted with from booking to getting us our pictures later was easy going, fun and professional. Our family was in port for the day via a cruise ship and we were picked at the agreed to location on time. We were taken to a beach where we were met the surf team and were taught the essentials before hitting the water. Our family enjoys small group interactions with local guides that enjoy sharing their talents and talking about the local area. Five stars to the entire team and I encourage anyone considering this to do it!

Highlife staff cant be beat on service! - Was so glad we booked this when in Cozumel! Aside from the great instruction from Highlife, the drive and friendly staff can be beat! Would do it again with my teenager! Book directly thru Highlife if you can!! They even provided transportation for us, so we didn't have to get a taxi.
