Great fun , be prepared - Alturo was a great tour guide was really patient and helpful. Word of advice they will ask you to put your belongings in a locker for the arc and zip line . The cenote is included so pack a bathing suit and a towel as they will rent you a towel for a fee. The transportation is a bit bumpy but overall it’s convenient and our driver was kind. I’m vegetarian so for lunch they offered me a different option which was great.

Atv and zip line - Very kind and fun! Took great pics! The chicken tacos are the best! Long ride but worth it! I would definitely go back!

Great - Awesome time!! First time atv riding, though I was nervous the guides stayed with me and my husband the whole time. Wonderful atmosphere. Great tequila would definitely recommend.

Unique experiences with nature and culture - Amazing tour and great atmosphere! We spent our time doing all activities with reasonable amount of time per activity. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. There’s amazing views here and lots of fun activities to do.

Camp great - transportation questionable - It was well organized and staff was very friendly. Please note that it is 4 hours at the camp (not including transportation). Transportation is apparently outsourced and not part of the camp or its team. Driving on a narrow two lane road through the jungle in a minibus with 14 passengers, malfunctioning seat belts, broken side mirrors at 120 km/h (!) and constantly texting was unfortunately part of the thrill!

I don't give 5 points for the treatment of some of the staff - All very well, except for one of the guides who made us less just because we were not foreigners, I consider our money to be the same value as theirs.

Don’t opt for shared transport. - Don’t do shared pick up. They will pack you in a small van with as many people as possible for 2 hour transport.

Money theft in photos - We did the whole tour and very well, they wouldn’t let us take pictures as they did us and then we would buy them, so far everything very well. When we bought the photos they said they would be sent that night or the next day in the morning, the photos did not arrive. They gave us a fake WhatsApp phone to make no claims.

Do not book - This place was VERY unorganized. The pickup time was changed last minute. Once you arrive they will take you through the shop tell you you can’t wear “sneakers” make you buy water shoes. I was told to buy a Fanny pack to put my phone then was told I could not bring my phone with me. The ATV was not on a trail. It was up and down a loop and lasted about 15/20 mins. The photos they are selling were very blurry. There’s no one to tell you where to go next so you’re just winging it. The cenote was the best part. We waited 2 hours for transportation to go home. It never came and we were split up and sent home in a taxi. We were suppose to be done by 1..after all of that we didn’t get back to resort until 6pm..do not book there are better ATV/zip line experiences in Cancun.
