Unforgettable visit to Guelatao the Birthplace of Benito Juarez - Gorgeous views during drive from city of Oaxaca to the mountains, where President Benito Juarez was born. The lagoon was amazing and my friends and I loved the entire experience.

Our Guide from the tour company... -
Our Guide from the tour company Enjoy Oaxaca was the wonderful Luis. Luis is kind, knowledgeable
and has a great sense of humour. Our Local Llano Grande guides were William and his beautiful dog Cooper. William pointed out all of the amazing plants that are native to the Sierra Norte region. Including four edible plants, one of which was for altitude sickness. After our hike, we ate the most delicious tlayudas and drank tea made from the wild mint we saw on our hike. It was truly an amazing day that we will never forget for the rest of our lives. Even If you are already in love with the natural beauty of Oaxaca this will make you fall even harder.
