Hello, I’m Alvaro and together we will begin this journey towards the world of mezcal, our journey begins by heading to my picturesque town called Mitla surrounded by beautiful mountains and agaves, for my family and me Mezcal is more than a drink, it is part of our culture , motivated to share with you my culture and our traditions, we will tour the agave fields with majestic landscapes to learn more about them and learn why we find mezcals with different flavors, photos and laughter will not be lacking, then, we will go to the distillery of my family to learn step by step the production process and the passion with which it is made, we will conclude by trying different varieties of mezcal along with a delicious and authentic Oaxacan food at my family’s place. Throughout the tour I will be attentive to your needs, my goal is to make you feel at home and make your trip through mezcal an unforgettable memory.
