Love it - highly recommend - Awesome excursion! Our guide, Candyman, did a fantastic job and showed us all the creatures! It was about an hour at the reef, so beautiful and quite shallow. Then shark alley, which was incredible! The sharks are docile and stunning to see up close. Would highly recommend!

Epic Coral and Sharks - I had an amazing time with my brothers on this tour. We saw some amazing sights, and the coral reef was absolutely amazing. One of the most beautiful reefs I’ve ever seen. There were so many different types of coral and colorful fish. It was breathtaking. The Shark Alley was also so epic! The sharks are basically on top of you and you really get to observe their behavior and see how beautiful their scales are. Looking into the eyes of a nurse shark is a super rad experience. Our guide, Candyman, was an awesome guide and really took the time to make us feel comfortable and safe. He went into the water with us and showed us some awesome things we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. Thank you Candyman and Ambergris Divers!

Great time - Wonderful trip. We did it twice!We loved seeing all the wildlife! The crew was great too. Wish we could go a third time!

So much to see - Highly recommend this excursion. Bird, our guide, was great! Shark alley was my favorite part, hands down.

Houston snorklers - We were worried that we were too late for arrival but Kyle aka Wilson was great, patient and did a good job keeping my family engaged. Narcissio (spelling) was fantastic. He ensured all snorkeled on our trip were ok and did a great job showing us different wildlife.

Exciting experience and fun guide - We loved our guide Soup who was very fun and helpful. The experience itself was once in a lifetime. It was amazing to see the sharks and corals. For those who aren't experienced swimmers, life jackets are available. There was one non-swimmer in our family and Soup was very generous in helping her.

Fun time! Saw rays and sharks. - Nice crew and boat! The equipment fit well which added to a positive experience. Saw a lot of nurse sharks and a ray. One disappointment was we were only on the water for about 2 hours. I thought it was going to be a 3 hour tour. Also, we through it started at 8:30 so got there at 8:00. It doesn't start until 9:00, so checkin is at 8:30.

Adventure on the Reef - We loved our tour of getting to see the reef and the many animals. Our guide was a good teacher and made us feel comfortable and safe for snorkeling for the first time. We did have to wait about a half hour before we left, so the time of arrival should be adjusted. It also seems like for an hour and half snorkeling compared to the many tours that do a full day, the price should be lowered just a bit. Would still highly recommend! The experience was very unique and once in a lifetime adventure for us!

Muy’Ono a no show - We were told to meet Amigos Del Mar dive shop, Muy’Ono never showed. We, along with an another couple who were waiting and received a message that their tour was cancelled, were there 40 minutes early and waited for a total of one hour; dive shop employees watched with; a complete no show. Viator now claims the boat showed. A complete waste of money; I expect a refund. I have visited Hol Chan Reserve three times before, it is a must see, just not through Viator in my opinion!
