Unforgettable - We did all the tours of the trip with the agency, they were always punctual and the snacks are incredible, very capricious. The Guide João, who accompanied us on most tours is a super good guy, explains very well during the tour, and has a lot of knowledge about the history of the locations. Indicate a lot!

Passeio Rota dos Salares - I made this tour with Guide Isi and driver Davi. Two excellent professionals, plus very attentive. I had a bad time because of the altitude and the two gave me all the attention and support, as well as all the care with me throughout the ride. I was able to perform the whole tour which was excellent tb! I closed my tours with a company that outsourced in Atacama and all were held with the company Pukarumi, which was excellent!

Single tour, horrible Guide!!! - Very interesting tour, unique landscape. Great breakfast, delicious fruits, bread, toast, egg, cheese, ham, juices and coffee... Simple but very tasty lunch. On this tour the Guide (Rodolfo) was rude, unbearable, unempathic to Brazilians and other foreigners who did not understand his Spanish. He spoke low and fast, when we asked for him to speak louder and go to the middle of the Van, so that those who were behind listened, he did not give the least, and even complained to the people who asked for the English translation. He only translated after they insisted. Unfortunately he does not have the patience to explain and be a tour guide. Driver meanwhile, Julio very kind. The tour does not last all day long, although they classify in this way.

Forgot to collect me and then told I couldn't go because I didn't speak Spanish. - They appeared to have forgotten me, based on the order of collection sent out to guests on WhatsApp, so I sent a message reminding that I was waiting after I could see everyone was collected. When the bus arrived, the guide asked if I spoke Spanish, I answered "not at all". To which I was told it was not possible to come on the tour. He agreed that this was "really s**t"and rang his boss to organise a full refund. Unfortunately the tour was not running again before I was leaving San Pedro, and it was one that I very much wanted to do.
