Pedras Rojas, Lagunas Altiplanicas - Wonderful tour and very well used the time. They were punctual, organized, guided services and transportation very good, breakfast and lunch tasty. I recommend the company and the tour, the most beautiful we have done.

Super visit with super guides! - A super cute excursion, with amazing breakfast and lunch! The wonderful landscapes and our guide Jimena and the Driver Mike adorable! They shared their knowledge and always very attentive to everyone and very friendly and helpful. With my husband and two daughters we had two great days! Excellent guide to recommend! - Very good organization by the agency before departure (a WhatsApp group created with participants to give schedules and advice), and excellent support by our guide Diego (congratulations Diego!). The driver Miguel was also great!👍👍 Diego gave us a lot of advice and information on the sites visited, the history of the places and the management of the natural parks. He took great care of us for the high mountain stages (more than 4000m 🗻) and always gave us time to enjoy the places (not at all like some guides who stress you to go fast). One regret: not having seen a condor fly, but we do not command nature.🦅 Breakfast and lunch prepared by Diego and Miguel were hearty and excellent! 😋 There was even Chilean wine at lunch! Spectacular scenery with a brilliant guide - A long day at high altitude. Spectacular scenery but tiring. Luna the guide was brilliant. Looked after us with great kindness, and explained every we saw. Breakfast and lunch were excellent - prepared at the back of the van but as good as any restaurant

Amazing day Beautiful scenery - This was a super tour! Chris was an absolutely amazing guide who made sure the day went like clockwork. Not just a guide but the driver as well , he was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole experience worthwhile. He took photos of us when asked and made sure everyone had enough time at each place we visited to ensure we got the most out of our day. The trip itself was amazing, as was the food. Premium tour switched to backpacker tour - We booked the “Full Day Tour Piedras Rojas Altiplanic Lagoons Chaxa Lagoon tour” through Viator, which was to be operated by Turismo Chile Tours on Nov. 18. The tour description stated “...we differentiate ourselves by having new and comfortable vehicles,” offering “Rich buffet breakfast, with bread baggets (sic) from the free-range eggs, avocado, jams, cakes, infusions, tea, coffee from the coffee maker, milk, fruits and natural juices” and “premium buffet lunch, salads, proteins and meats, wine, juices and water...Coffee beans, tea and infusions, coca tea, chachacoma and other infusions. Red wine and premium white wine.” The tour was not operated by Turismo Chile Tours or an equally premium operator. Instead, we were picked up by a tour operator with an old, dirty van with a cracked windshield and inoperable seat belts. The meals did not include a “rich buffet breakfast” and there was no choice at lunch, just a single jar of pasta salad. There was no wine of any quality. We booked a premium tour and were provided the backpacker version. Do not book with Turismo Chile Tours or you may get handed off to some sub-par operator. I also believe this is a common practice of Viator’s. You’ll notice that many times it is hard to find the name of the tour operator in the Viator descriptions.
