Unforgettable Tour - Unique experience! We will never forget the private tour we took to the Tatio Geysers and to the Puritama Therms! The tour was amazing from start to finish, not only for the scenery, but also for the service and attention of the driver and the super Guide Renata! The day started beeem early with our guides looking for us at the hotel. The journey to the geysers, our first stop, was quiet and safe. The Van had seat belts and we slept peacefully along the way. Arriving there, we encountered a temperature of -10 degrees Celsius and it was part of the experience. Renata had already warned us the day before and we were prepared with our thermal clothes, jackets and stylish pants :-) The experience was enriching, mainly because Renata gave us excellent explanations and told the stories of the geysers with a lot of property. Then we visited the landscapes of the desert on a panoramic tour with information about vegetation, geology and everything related to volcanoes and the region. As the tour was private, we were comfortable to stop and take pictures of places, animals and ourselves. In the middle of the way, we stopped in a wonderful place, with right to see the vicuñas, and then we had a delicious breakfast prepared by the friendly driver and Renata. We followed and saw flamingos and other beautiful landscapes until we reached the thermas. Then the temperature of the desert had already risen quite, with a lot of sun, and we stayed for 3 hours having fun and relaxing in the pools of the Puritama Thermas, which are in a surreal landscape in the middle of desert canyons. We return safe and satisfied to San Pedro. The work was excellent. Super recommend doing the tour with the agency and with the super Renata! She likes what she does and Guide with will and spontaneity. Oh, and also makes great travelers photos ;-)

Attention to us - Much way all the experience we had. Everyone who works there is very attentive and has made all the difference on all the tours. Starting with Pablo who talked to us, helped us, removed doubts, listened to what we wanted and made suggestions too, besides always being available to help. Also the guides and drivers (like Christopher, Ignatius, David, George, Franco and has also what led us to the horseback which was great and I forgot the name). They are very hard at explaining throughout the tour, in addition to having helped when one of us went very badly. Besides, they were very punctual. Pablo, who was the one we closed the tours, didn't seem to be there just to sell, I say that as a result of all the support he gave during the week. Franco also helped at the time when one of us was without a suitcase by mistake and did not have a suitable shoe, and the franc borrowed his. Liars and irresponsible! They play with customers' time. - I strongly recommend not to hire this agency if you wish to have a good experience during your stay in san pedro de Atacama. On Wednesday we booked two places to the puritama baths for the Saturday morning, with the idea of relaxing for the few days of vacation, we pay both the tour and the entrance in advance via transfer. The person who attended us wrote down our details and told us that we were ready with our tickets. On Friday at 7 PM, we received a call saying that the tickets had sold out, we were surprised because he had confirmed the purchase on our face two days ago, he gave us as an excuse that the page was collapsed, immediately we told him that as it was possible if he was already supposed to have made the purchase two days earlier, then the page was collapsed for two days?? At this they admitted that they had really forgotten to buy them (i.e. they are liars and irresponsible) and offered to change the day to Sunday afternoon, which was impossible as that day we were traveling back home. Finally we had to run to see if we could book at another agency and it turns out that the page was not collapsed at all, but if they had sold out during the last minutes. In the end it was very stressful, we missed the opportunity to know the place we wanted and asked for the return of the money, we were told that during the night we made the return, which did not happen. We had to go back to the agency the next day in the evening to lobby and we just got paid back and cash! The administration are liars and irresponsible, never again!
