Unique Landscape - A nice visit to this unique area of Chile. Very dry-5% humidity so bring water and moisturizer/ lip balm. The landscape is so different from most deserts.

A nice, well-organised tour with a fun guide - Very nice tour, guided by Andrea who was very cheerful, informative and fun. Highlights were sitting quietly in front of an impressive rock formation listening to the salt warming up in them making creaking noises and later having pisco sour and snacks overlooking the Luna valley at dusk.

The sunset that made me cry - Although there isn't much walking, you have to walk on soft sand and some steeper places, I really liked choosing sneakers. The guide was almost Brazilian, he communicated so well with us. He explained many legends, the formation of deserts, everything impeccably! The entire tour is beautiful... But the sunset at the end is enough to make any atheist believe in God again. I cried with emotion (and maybe also because I drank a few too many pisco sours from the crowd who weren't ready for alcohol at snack time). Note: take a coat because you start the tour in the heat and return in the mild cold (this is in May) I booked all my tours with Deyd and I don't regret it!! She organized my entire trip, including the order of the tours.

Nice half day outing with gorgeous scenery and friendly warm staff - This tour could have been better if our guide gave us more information about what we were doing and spoke more English. It was advertised as an English speaking guide. He did both Spanish and English with a greater emphasis on Spanish. Great energy and super friendly.

Too long if you are not that into rocks - The tour does what it proposes to. It's a 4h tour through the Valle de la Luna, which is a beautiful landscape but for me personally 4h was too much. The landscape does not change much, and after the first hour it's just more of the same. It starts with climbing the highest sand dune for a great view, but afterwards it could be just a car ride through the landscape (30min) instead of many small walks (3h) in the scorching sun.
