At the end we tasted a delicious pic nic and tried the chilean pisco sour. The next day we made the tour to the Laguna Cejar, Ojos de Atacama and laguna Tebenquiche, with the guide Layra, and the driver Gerardo, very attentive, with a lot of detailed information about the places. Impressive the beauty of these places, divine wonder. At the end of the tour we were delighted with the delicious pic nic, with the pisco sour. Tour to Vallecito - Excellent tour! It happened that the agency I hired left me and Lolo (Lorena) from Puka Rumi went to the rescue and gave me a private tour, told me facts of the place, took great photos and ended up with a very varied cocktail. Excellent experience.

Vallecito, ISI Guide - The tour at Vallecito was very nice and we were lucky to be guided by ISI, who was super attentive and shared a lot of knowledge about the place and ancient culture. This was our first trip in Atacama and we got an excellent Impression.

Post sale bad - We bought the Vallecito + Magic Bus tour with Pukarumi, but without notice, they outsourced the tour to the company We Love Chile. We chose Pukarumi because we were assured that they themselves operated the tour. On the day of the tour, we did not receive any information and only discovered at the time that it would be another agency. When contacting Pukarumi, we were advised to talk to the seller, but I want to make it clear that we bought the tour directly from **PUKARUMI AGENCY**, and not from a specific seller. Therefore, I believe that any representative of the company should be able to solve the problem. Even so, we contacted the seller, but I am leaving Chile without receiving any response or satisfaction. The experience with We Love Chile was bad. The Guide did not explain anything about the tour or the places we visited and seemed clearly dismotivated and uninterested in being there. It was undoubtedly the worst experience we've ever had. I understand that some tours can be outsourced to other companies, but this must be informed in advance, and the chosen agency must offer the same level of service. Our previous tour run by Pukarumi was excellent, which makes this situation even more frustrating. I hope that this criticism will be received constructively so that future passengers do not have the same negative experience we face.
