Memory of a lifetime! - Michelle was the best tour guide we could have asked for! We didn't know too much about what to expect, it was a one on one, personal tour with the guide... just my husband, myself, Michelle (guide), and the driver. We got to visit a small dairy farm/factory that produced the most delicious ricotta and parmesan cheeses. Michelle is extremely knowledgeable about Parma's history and the cheese making process. We also visited Antica Corte Pallavicina Relais and their restaurant Hosteria del Maiale, this was a gem. Here you view a beautiful historic building, absolutely breath taking and a cellar with culatello that is absolutely to die for. Can't recommend this tour enough, so worth the money and time. Can't thank Michelle enough for a memory of a life time!!!
