That’s how I found myself in San Rafael, just a short drive from the bustling heart of San José, ready to embark on a treetop adventure that promised to be as exhilarating as any wave I’ve ever ridden.

The moment I arrived at Hacienda La Chirraca, I was greeted by the lush greenery that enveloped the area. The air was crisp, and the anticipation was palpable.
