You might get to see lots of wildlife like monkeys, sloths, and tropical birds such as ospreys, oropendolas, and toucans. This unique river trip is the best way to combine adventure and nature. Then, enjoy the experience of canyoning at cloud forest reserve. An easy hike of 10 minutes will lead to the a suspended bridge, followed by a 51-meter rappel into the falls, then another three at altitudes of 10, 14, and 18 meters. The tour continues to the “Super Tarzan Swing” and a bumpy ride will take you back to the starting point.

Best activity ever!! - We went on a couples trip to lands in love and they had awesome activities for us to do! This was our favorite activity!! Absolutely so much fun we can’t wait to go back! It’s worth every penny!!!

Amazing! - Had a wonderful time. Our guide for the rafting was Jader, he was the best! Went out of his way to make sure we were safe and had fun. Helped us explore the wildlife (we saw sloths, an iguana, many birds and he even got us a blue jeans frog!)
The vegan lunch at lands of love was excellent, the staff was very helping and welcoming! Once again, felt safe and had a wonderful time canyoning. The spot where we were supposed to do the Tarzan swing was broken, but no worries, they got us to another spot even if that wasn’t the initial plan. We had a blast!!
Arenal rafting company picked us up in the morning and Lands of Love arranged the drop off at the end of the day. Everything ran perfectly.
I advise you wear a GOOD sunscreen or dress with long dry fit clothes. The sun will be hard and you won’t have a chance to reapply sunscreen during the rafting (you will be able to do so between the rafting and the canyoning, but keep in mind that the rafting is about 2 hours, in the middle of the day). You WILL get wet! Bring shoes accordingly!
We would do it again without thinking!!

Worth it! - All of it was so fun! White water rafting was about a level 3/4, Juan de Miguel was a fun guide and took us on the more adventurous rapids.
Lunch was a vegan meal, Casado, and it was so delicious!
Canyoning and Tarzan swing was with Alexander, he made the experience very fun and safe. He explained everything we were doing with great detail. I had no experience rappelling before and it was so fun! Easy enough to do with a short lesson. The Tarzan swing was absolutely terrifying but very enjoyable. Would highly recommend this tour again!

Great Value! - Rafting was really fun and we were immediately picked up after to go to the lands in love hotel which is also an animal shelter for lots and lots of cats and dogs. Their kitchen is amazing and our lunch might have been the best we've had in a long while. The canyoning here is more of the abseiling variety, less of the jumping and swimming in pools variety. The abseiling is really fun though. The Tarzan swing at the end has a nice view over the valley which is a good way to end a fun day. All in all great value and a really fun and adrenalin filled day.

Amazing adventure - Our group of 7 had an amazing time. Day started with pick up at our Airbnb. We were transported to Lands in Love hotel. This would serve as home base for the day. You are able to leave belongings there. I do suggest bringing cash with you on each excursion so you can tip. We started the day with canyoning. Guides were awesome. I always felt safe and we laughed a lot. We had a quick stop back at Lands of Love then off to rafting. We loved this part of the day. There was a brief stop on the river for snack of pineapple and watermelon. After rafting we went back to Lands of Love for lunch. Be aware this is vegan. Food was fine but just should be aware. Next was ziplining. We had lots of fun and had same guides as canyoning. Lots of laughs. We went back to hotel and changed into dry clothes for ride home. Long day but amazing.

Great, fun, adventurous, will do again - My boyfriend and I book a tour through Volcano Lake Adventures. Drive picked us up and drove an hour to Lands of Love where we had the BEST day! We did the super combo which was rafting, canyoning, zip lining with Tarzan and Superman swings. All the guides were so nice and helpful! We loved every minute of it 💜

Great day of adventure! - We did the full day combo tour and it was fantastic! I would recommend it to everyone. Canyoning, whitewater rafting, ziplinging, tarzan swing and superman. It was a full day for sure and we were tired at the end but it was a full day of adventure. We did this as a family of 7. Our youngest was 7 and she was able to do everything but the superman zipline as she was too small for the harness. But she and all my kids had a blast. The guides were all fun and entertaining throughout the day. I would recommend this to anyone. It was a great trip and combo deal.

Life Changing! - Unbelievable experience! Every adventure was right out of a movie! The white water rafting was such a thrill with the most beautiful scenery you could ever imagine. I promise you it will be life changing!
The Canyoning was WILD! That was a lot of fun! I really felt like an adventurer rapelling down the bridge, walking down the walls of the canyon was like nothing ive ever experienced.
The canopy and ziplining + superman + tarzan was a dream come true. Ive always wanted to fly like superman and swing like Tarzan/Spiderman and that dream fianlly came true with absolutely phenomenal views of the jungle.
Most importantly and above all, the guides were incredible. At no point on this entire trip did I feel like I was in danger. I felt safe every step of every adventure. They were kind and understanding and knew exactly what they were doing.
10/10, A++ experience. We stayed at the Lands In Love Hotel and Resort, would highly recommend.

Lots of fun! - Would have been a 5 star but the zip lining didn’t have the best view. It was fun and fast but surrounded by trees so you couldn’t see much. The Tarzan swing was amazing, the white water rafting probably the best experience of it all. Definitely for beginners with an easy smooth ride at the end where we got to see sloths, monkeys, and lots of iguanas!
