Lisbeth was one of the... - Lisbeth was one of the best tour guides we have experienced. She was extremely knowledgeable and personable. We did this tour on our second day in San Salvador and it was a great way to see the city. Definitely 5 stars!! And the pupusas at the end were delicious!

San Salvador - old and new - This was a fantastic experience. Although we’ve visited El Salvador before, this was our first formal tour. Wendy was an outstanding guide, leading us through vibrant public spaces, stunning churches, and modern architecture. As we explored the lively streets of San Salvador, Wendy provided fascinating historical insights along the way. For lunch, we enjoyed delicious pupusas. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to immerse themselves in the rich culture San Salvador has to offer. Wendy speaks English very well. Our driver, William, was prompt and safe.

Great tour, Even Better Tour Guide - This is one of the best walking/food tour that I’ve ever done (and I’ve traveled to 50+ countries). Our guide, Lisbeth, was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions (great photographer too). She was personable, and it was great getting to know her as she learned about me and my partner. The papusas were unforgettable and getting to know the city was a ton of fun. When we return to El Salvador in the future we would love for her to be our tour guide again.

Walking through the heart of the city of San Salvador - It was awesome and very educational to hear the explanation and History that our guide taught us about the El Salvador History Mural and Victims Mural at Parque Cuscatlan! Then the entire walk was full of colors and history! You can truly see and learn about the heart of the city of San Salvador with this tour! Our guide Melissa was so knowledgeable, kind and fun! It was a very memorable afternoon walking with her in downtown San Salvador!

Good tour for those new to the country - We did the walking tour with Melissa. Her English and enthusiasm are both excellent! She was flexible with our family (me and two teenagers). It was nice to learn about the history of San Salvador. It was very hot and unfortunately we weren’t able to visit the library but would definitely recommend. The food was delicious!

One for the books! - Gerson was an amazing guide! Very formative knew the history of the country very well! There were kids included and he was as very very patient when it came to the kids and accommodated very well! 100% recommend. The driver Alessandro and Sandra were also very nice and patient!

A walking tour to remember - We absolutely loved this tour with our guide Wendy and driver Alessandro! They were both so friendly and kind on our way to downtown San Salvador! Once we arrived, our guide Wendy showed us such incredible landmarks and sights in downtown San Salvador that we absolutely loved seeing and learning more about the rich history and culture about. We also were able to get a tour of the new library that just opened, and we absolutely loved that experience! Unfortunately, the National Palace was closed so we weren’t able to see that, but it didn’t take away from our trip at all because Wendy compensated with different sights and sharing more history about the country. The papusa tasting was definitely one of our highlights of our entire trip to El Salvador. They were INCREDIBLE and I will be thinking about those papusas for a long time, they were a 10/10! I would definitely recommend this tour if you’re looking to learn more about San Salvador!
