Good tour for those new to the country - We did the walking tour with Melissa. Her English and enthusiasm are both excellent! She was flexible with our family (me and two teenagers). It was nice to learn about the history of San Salvador. It was very hot and unfortunately we weren’t able to visit the library but would definitely recommend. The food was delicious!

One for the books! - Gerson was an amazing guide! Very formative knew the history of the country very well! There were kids included and he was as very very patient when it came to the kids and accommodated very well! 100% recommend. The driver Alessandro and Sandra were also very nice and patient!

A walking tour to remember - We absolutely loved this tour with our guide Wendy and driver Alessandro! They were both so friendly and kind on our way to downtown San Salvador! Once we arrived, our guide Wendy showed us such incredible landmarks and sights in downtown San Salvador that we absolutely loved seeing and learning more about the rich history and culture about. We also were able to get a tour of the new library that just opened, and we absolutely loved that experience! Unfortunately, the National Palace was closed so we weren’t able to see that, but it didn’t take away from our trip at all because Wendy compensated with different sights and sharing more history about the country. The papusa tasting was definitely one of our highlights of our entire trip to El Salvador. They were INCREDIBLE and I will be thinking about those papusas for a long time, they were a 10/10! I would definitely recommend this tour if you’re looking to learn more about San Salvador!

Best way to explore San Salvador!! - Despite there being a tropical storm interrupting my trip, Gerson made this walking tour an amazing experience. Gerson is incredibly knowledgeable and can share the history of El Salvador while making you appreciate the present. He goes above and beyond when it comes to making you feel immersed in the culture and history. I went on a different walking tour in the past, and Gerson definitely did a better job. Very professional, and on time. 10/10 recommend.

Awesome tour - Great tour. Guide spoke English so that helped us a ton. Being from the states we have heard a bunch about El Salvador. We felt safe the entire trip.

Excellent tour with passionate guide - We enjoyed our tour with Lisbeth. She gave a thorough and entertaining tour of the city. The time just flew by. She also gave us great recommendations of where to eat and other available tours.

Informative and fun tour! - I booked this tour for my first day in San Salvador and I couldnt recommend it enough! Joshy and Josue were highly knowledgable not only about the history of each individual site but the history of the entire country. They had answers to all my questions and were overall great guides to be around.

Authentic Experience - Getting to learn about the history of El Salvador, experiencing the city, learning about the culture, and visiting some interesting sights with my guide Jocelyne was one of the highlights of my trip!
