This is a day committed to understanding and deepening the knowledge of extra virgin olive oil. The event is tailored for those who wish to immersively experience the collection and processing of olives in a family-owned business, located in a region ideal for olive production due to the perfect mix of soil, weather conditions, varietals, and human elements. This includes a visit to the olive grove where you’ll grasp the cultivation methods and care, and participate in the harvesting of olives from trees.

The journey moves forward with the transportation of olives to the oil mill in airy plastic crates to prevent the fruit overheating. At the oil mill, attendees are introduced to the processing method of converting olives into extra virgin olive oil. You’ll partake in a guided tasting session, where you’ll learn the art of tasting EVO oil and other olive-derived products.

The day will conclude with the ultimate reward: you will receive complimentary samples of the product made on that day.
