• Soweto - We spend the rest of the afternoon, learning on the history of townships, the social standards in those areas, the rich history that lies in the townships.
• Mandela House - This provides the opportunity to visit our icon’s home where he lived with his family in Soweto. The home has not been altered, it is still in its original state. We have the opportunity to grab a bite to eat in the area where Mandela’s home is situated.
• Hector Pieterson Museum and Memorial - A place which was chosen to commemorate the students that lost their lives as they were shot and killed by Apartheid police when they were protesting against the forceful use of Afrikaans language(Dutch Dilect)
