Once the reservation is confirmed, the operator will reach out to the client to verify the flight details. Upon the client’s arrival at the airport’s arrival hall, the operator will be present with a name sign to greet the client. The operator will assist the client with their luggage and guide them to a cellular store to acquire a local SIM card, exchange currency, or withdraw cash from an ATM within the airport. The operator will provide private transportation for the client to their hotel destination in and around the Sandton area. Assistance with hotel check-in will be provided if needed.

Complimentary WiFi is available upon request. A trailer can be rented for an additional fee. The vehicles can accommodate one large bag per traveler and two small bags per group. Refreshments, including water, soft drinks, and potato chips, are available for journeys exceeding 500 kilometers.
