In this ecosystem we will see flora and possibly wildlife including birds, turtles, otters, deer, and maybe an alligator. This river is part of the St. Johns River which is the largest river in Florida so we do have a possibility of seeing the occasional manatee also. We take a 1 hour journey up stream pointing out all the exciting nature we see along the way and then return back to the launch location.

Come join me on the lower Wekiva River, where we will see Florida at its most natural. In this ecosystem we will see flora and possibly wildlife including birds, turtles, otters, deer, and maybe an alligator. This river is part of the St. Johns River which is the largest river in Florida so we do have a possibility of seeing the occasional manatee also. We’ll take an hour long journey up stream, and I’ll point out all the exciting nature there is along the way, and then we’ll float back down to the launch point. (there is a max weight limit of 250lbs for the single kayaks and 450lbs for the tandem)Please note if you need a two person tandemMy kayak tours are capped at 6 kayaks per tour, perfect for families and smaller groups!
