Our journey begins at the awe-inspiring temple of Demeter, followed by a visit to the archaeological museum. We then proceed to Damalas, a charming village nestled in the heart of the Tragea valley, where we will be treated to a show at the sole remaining traditional pottery workshop and the rejuvenated olive press. Our next destination is Chalki, where you will soak in the beauty of its quaint lanes. Then we travel to the oldest Byzantine church of Panagia Drossiani.
We next move to the most renowned village of Naxos - Apiranthos, also known as the “marble village”. From here we drive towards the Northern part of Naxos island, stopping at Apollonas village, a quaint Cycladic village perfect for a swim or leisurely time at the sea-side cafes.
On our return journey, we pause at the imposing Kouros statue before heading back to Chora along the North-Northwest coastline of the island, taking in the views of Agia tower and Northern Cyclades islands.
