Best worker ever !!! - Christopher brown was the best transporter he was so nice and helpful, funny he had remember me when I came in July so that was very nice. He had such a love spirit and can’t wait to come back just for him as I haven’t had a good experience with nexus last time.

Great transportation - Our transportation was very unprofessional, friendly and respectable. Mr brown went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, answered any questions/concerns we had. Long ride but felt so short due to the driver and guider. I will be back

Nexus provided the transfers to and from two hotels in Jamaica and they did a fabulous job - Well done Nexus! I was taken to my hotel from the airport and picked up for my return journey to Montego Bay airport in excellent time and with great customer experience. On arrival @ the Nexus desk I was greeted warmly and the paper work was done in a smooth and efficient way, before I was escorted to a lovely air conditioned coach. I have also used them in the past for excursions. EXCELLENT & PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. I highly recommend Nexus for your next transfer and excursion trips!

Easy private transfer to resort - We had a good experience with a private transfer to Negril. The website is sometimes hard to negotiate around but I did get a live response to my questions quickly. Tipped the driver $20.

Avoid at all cost! - The only reason I am giving the review more than 1 star is because of their star employee Leo. On Wednesday, July 10th, my family of 10 arrived at Montego Bay Airport ready to be transferred. Out transportation was courtesy of the Riu as they work with Nexus. Because of the hurricane, the airport being closed and availability for our large party on the flight, we had to delay our trip. We made the changes with the Riu, they confirmed our new pick up and departure dates and I received the update. When we got to the airport, a woman who I believe her name was Malvereen came out to assist. She repeatedly said Riu needs to stop doing this because there was nothing in her system. She had our pick up for our departure but not from the airport. I showed her the emails, she shared with who she stated were managers and they were all completely unwilling to assist. Although they all clearly saw all reservations, they refused to provide service. We stood outside for TWO AND A HALF HOURS! Malvareen called over 2 other taxi drivers and told us we could go with them, pay $25 a person and we could request a refund from the Riu. From what we observed, the 3 of them were clearly working together. Not once did Malvareen offer us Nexxus’ service although upon preparing to write this review, I see that was a service. After 2 and a half hours there was clear frustration and Malvareen went inside and refused to come back out. The taxi drivers began taking our things although we did not agree to but because of Malvareens direction, they felt comfortable doing that. One of our guest went inside to look for Malvareen and was told she went to lunch. Completely leaving us stranded. Thankfully, Leo came out and once I showed him our reservations, he immediately worked things out on a few calls and got us in a vehicle. Within 20 minutes, we were in the bus area. It is so disappointing how we were treated and felt taken advantage of because we are a big group but we are extremely grateful for true and honest employees like Leo. We took a picture to share our thanks but unfortunately the picture won’t load. Although Leo was amazing, the service we received prior with Malvareen and whatever scheme was going on has completely turned us away from this company.

Communication nightmare - Booking our pickup at the airport in Montego Bay going to Negril was perfect. Then all the trouble starts two days after I arrived I called to add on the 4th person in our party come and two of our party of four move to a hotel Four Doors Down from us in Negril Jamaica. A 5-minute walk away. Adding the fourth person was not a problem. However our pickup times to take us back to the airport two of us they were picking up at 7:00 a.m.. then the party of two in the other Hotel one was being picked up at 8:00 a.m. and the other at 7:40 a.m.. we are supposed to all be traveling together to the airport. They could never confirm we would be on the same bus, they did end up changing the pickup times for my myself and daughter at 7:00 a.m. and changed the pickup time at the other hotel to also 7:00 a.m. which didn't make sense so I questioned that and also again would we be on the same bus I asked. They couldn't confirm that because we're in two different zones. Again we're 5 minute walk away from each other. So for the last 5 days I have been messaging, on the phone with them for up to 26 minutes over and over and over again. The other two in my party are seniors and would be more comfortable and not so nervous if we were all together. Nothing I say will get through to them. The day before my trip actually 12 midnight before we were leaving for the airport at 4:30 a.m. I got an email offering me an upgrade for $20, so an upgrade means a private transfer instead of a bus. I replied to the email 9 minutes after I got it 1209 a.m. I still haven't had a reply to that so to fix this situation I told them I got this email and ask them if I could still apply that special deal to an upgrade to ensure the four of us would be in the same Transportation together and they said it's not valid anymore even though I said customer service wise they never did answer my email and it would be nice if they could offer that still? Now I've called and asked for a manager to call me back so they said they would put in priority call back for a manager so now I will sit here and wait on my last day of vacation for this call. So my review the ride was nice it was reliable but the communication with this company I'd probably rather just swim across the ocean to go home then deal with them ever again

NEVER AGAIN - I Will NEVER use Nexus again.... We were offered free transfers through Nexus as part of our vacation package. It was not at all worth the aggravation. We arrived at the airport before 3pm, but did not get to the resort until late that night. Dealing with Nexus we lost almost a full day of vacation! Once we boarded the van, we waited forever for other passengers to arrive because the driver or company wanted a full load before leaving. The later it got the worse traffic got. More passengers meant more stops. It was absolutely awful. It started raining and the driver was constantly on his cell phone making it a dangerous drive also. The company was disorganized, kept contacting us before the trip regarding the reservation but did not return our calls regarding the return transfer. When we finally spoke to someone, they wanted us to be ready at 8am for a lengthy return trip! Never mind we had a late flight and would have list more vacation time. No, thank you. We declined and ended up spending more money to get back to the airport. But it was worth it to have a smooth, direct transfer back without rushing or losing vacation time. This company could not care less about your vacation or your convenience. It was clearly all about them making money without regard to our needs. NEVER AGAIN!
