Christopher was so wonderful! - Great bus ride to hotel, RIU palace Tropical Bay. He was so friendly and helpful! Made us feel very welcomed home!! Great emplyee! Truly a pleasure to be greeted so warmly!

Nexus provided the transfers to and from two hotels in Jamaica and they did a fabulous job - Well done Nexus! I was taken to my hotel from the airport and picked up for my return journey to Montego Bay airport in excellent time and with great customer experience. On arrival @ the Nexus desk I was greeted warmly and the paper work was done in a smooth and efficient way, before I was escorted to a lovely air conditioned coach. I have also used them in the past for excursions. EXCELLENT & PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. I highly recommend Nexus for your next transfer and excursion trips!

Amazing service and guidance from Anne Marie - Anne Marie, our excursion rep from Sunwing. She was so kind, patient, personable and genuinely amazing!! She helped us book our excursion to Rick’s Café, and snorkeling on a catamaran. She made us feel at so much ease, and taken care of. At the end of our trip, she made sure we had all of our ducks in a row and even helped to arrange us private transportation to the airport. Our trip would have been much more stressful with out her help. You’re the best Anne Marie!! Thank you again.

Avoid at all cost! - The only reason I am giving the review more than 1 star is because of their star employee Leo. On Wednesday, July 10th, my family of 10 arrived at Montego Bay Airport ready to be transferred. Out transportation was courtesy of the Riu as they work with Nexus. Because of the hurricane, the airport being closed and availability for our large party on the flight, we had to delay our trip. We made the changes with the Riu, they confirmed our new pick up and departure dates and I received the update. When we got to the airport, a woman who I believe her name was Malvereen came out to assist. She repeatedly said Riu needs to stop doing this because there was nothing in her system. She had our pick up for our departure but not from the airport. I showed her the emails, she shared with who she stated were managers and they were all completely unwilling to assist. Although they all clearly saw all reservations, they refused to provide service. We stood outside for TWO AND A HALF HOURS! Malvareen called over 2 other taxi drivers and told us we could go with them, pay $25 a person and we could request a refund from the Riu. From what we observed, the 3 of them were clearly working together. Not once did Malvareen offer us Nexxus’ service although upon preparing to write this review, I see that was a service. After 2 and a half hours there was clear frustration and Malvareen went inside and refused to come back out. The taxi drivers began taking our things although we did not agree to but because of Malvareens direction, they felt comfortable doing that. One of our guest went inside to look for Malvareen and was told she went to lunch. Completely leaving us stranded. Thankfully, Leo came out and once I showed him our reservations, he immediately worked things out on a few calls and got us in a vehicle. Within 20 minutes, we were in the bus area. It is so disappointing how we were treated and felt taken advantage of because we are a big group but we are extremely grateful for true and honest employees like Leo. We took a picture to share our thanks but unfortunately the picture won’t load. Although Leo was amazing, the service we received prior with Malvareen and whatever scheme was going on has completely turned us away from this company.

Never us Nexus (They are Garbage) - Nexus is extremely terrible and if I could rate them less than zero I would. We had 28 people come down and they jacked everyone transfers up. From the airport to Moon Palace in Ocho Rio and then again from there back to the airport in MO Bay. I spent half my trip on the phone making sure my family's transfers were corrected. Our bookings had other folks names tied to them. There was no Rep at the resort like there is with others. My wife called trying to get things fixed and Customer Service hung up on her 25 minutesinto the conversation. I called back and they hung up on me 20 mins into the conversation. I called the international line and was told information was fix after a 35 minute conversation and when I checked it still wasn't so they lied. I spoke with 5 different people overall who all asked for the same information (names, flights, and dates). Some family were resolved other were told they would be reimbursed and they had to find their own way back to the airport. To be 20 years in business this company was horrible. I will never use them again and I recommend you don't either. I can't speak for the tours but the transfers were beyond bad.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! - Will NEVER use nor recommend NEXUS to anyone! You get what you paid for. Transportation was $20 each way. I initially booked a ride to the resort, ended up changing it to only FROM the resort. A nexus representative allegedly made the change and Was supposed to send me an email with the updated information. I Never received an email, I called multiple times only to be instructed to email their “customer service.” Someone by the name of “ J. Isaias De Jesus Perez” alleged his “team would investigate” after sending screenshots of the call. I needed transportation, ended up having to pay $135 for a cab to the airport. I’ve yet to receive an update from NEXUS. Clearly filing a dispute with my bank will be the only option to rectify this matter.
