The emphasis of the classes is on breathing techniques (Pranayama and Shamanic). I also impart knowledge on awakening Kundalini, drawing from Shamanic Yoga traditions.
Kundalini represents our ultimate energy
- it’s the sexual force that should be harnessed for mental application. Often, Kundalini lies dormant and must be stirred. Once roused, it’s crucial to learn how to guide it towards the heart, intellect, and spiritual faculties. The duration of the yoga session is 90 minutes. In every class, I incorporate postures (asanas), the singing of mantras, and the use of therapeutic musical instruments to align the body, mind, and soul, offering extensive advantages to the nervous system, along with Shamanic rituals and meditative practices.
The ambiance is enhanced with aromatic essential oils, Tibetan singing bowls, various instruments, incense, and palo Santo.
