Amazing tour and amazing guide! - This tour was great and well worth the hike to the top of the volcano The views were breathtaking along the way. Our guide Jorge, was very knowledgeable and well prepared. The 4K drone images and videos came out amazing. Lake coatapeque was beautiful and we got to jetski on the lake after enjoying lunch.

Fun Last Minute Experience! - I booked this experience last minute (the night before), and Jorge was very kind to pick me up at my hotel. We stopped for breakfast on the way, and he was very informative about what the experience would be like. He made sure to allow me to do the hike at my own pace and was prepared with snacks and hand wipes. It was a challenging experience, but we had a lot of fun. Then lastly, we enjoyed lunch at Lake Coatepequeand Jorge made sure I got back to the hotel safely. It was nice to meet new people and see the beautiful views in this experience!

Amazing Private Tour with Jorge - The Santa Ana volcano tour is a must do in El Salvador. I highly recommend booking through Cotuzas Tours as Jorge is an amazing tour guide. Plus, this is a private tour meaning you get your own private transportation with your group and personalized service. PLUS, Jorge offers free drone photos and videos, all included in the price, so it's definitely a better deal than the other tours. As for the hike, it was good that we went early. 6am pick up was perfect since it's about 1.5 hour drive to the site and going that early in the morning is worth it because it's less crowded. Jorge stop to let us grab coffee and breakfast. He let us know about the high altitude and that we can go as slow as we needed to, which was good for me because I have altitude sickness. The hike took about 2 hours going up and 1.5 doing down. You definitely need hiking boots or shoes because you'll be walking over rocks and uneven trails. I would was it's a challenging hike but worth it as the view was amazing. You can see the crater lake, the volcanos and the Coatepeque Lake. We stopped at the lake to have lunch. You can rent a jet ski, go on a boat ride or kayak.

Santa Ana volcano - Jorge did a great job. He was well prepared and knew what to do. Everything well organized. I highly recommend this hike and Jorge.

A wonderful day spent - Jorge was Extremely nice and ultra encouraging, especially to my daughter who had a hard time and wanted to give up, many times, during our hike. We were blessed to spend the day with him. If ever we return back to El Salvador, I will definitely be reaching out to him for all tours. The video footage was also amazing, as it really brought a grand perspective to what we were able to accomplish.

Great volcano and great guide! - We had a great time with Jorge! It was such a nice trek and the view above is worth it! The hike is 1.5 hour up and 1 hour down. It was warm so we climbed with shorts and t-shirt. We went with our 8 years old twins and they were great!

A wonderful day to be remembered! - Jorge picked us up outside of our apartment. On time as usually and fully prepared. He made sure we could stop and have some coffee/breakfast before we continued towards the Santa Ana vulcano. The driver he worked with was also excellent. Drove carefully and we all felt safe. All my family was taken care of and we all made it to the top of the Santa Ana volcano. Some of us wanted to go a bit faster so the local guide made sure of that and Jorge took good care of the rest of us and made sure everyboda felt safe and had a nice walk up. My mom who was insecure if she would make it found it really nice and enjoyed every bit of it since she could have great conversation and company with Jorge . We were all delighted and happy that we could make this tour come true. And the local guide was also great. After the Volcano we drove to Lago Cuatepeque to eat some food. We were given options on what to do and the best of it is that Jorge never makes you feel stressed. Our son jumped in the restaurant pool before we headed to a park that has open ut recently where we were able to do try out some fun stuff. Even my 3year old loved it. Is was a full day with a lot of fun,movement,wonderful moments and really great achievments. We all do recommend you to make this tour and to let Jorge guide you ,in that way you will get the most of it all..not just an ordinary tour. As a bonus Jorge always try to take footage with his drone for you with No additional cost which is a wonderful thing to receive. Thank you Jorge for taking care of us all in the best way possible!
