A Day At The Volcano and The Lake - This day tour to go to the top of Santa Ana Volcano and visit Lake Coatepeque was a delight! Led by our marvelous and affable guide Diego, I got picked up from my hotel on time. The hike to the top of Santa Ana was relatively easy, and we had good views of Izalco Volcano and the crater lake. We even ran into a somewhat approachable coyote at the top! Afterwards, we had lunch at Lake Coatepeque, which was pretty good. It was relaxing, and while I didn't end up doing any water activities, one could jet ski or just take a refreshing dip in the lake. Diego was a really wonderful, friendly guide, and I would recommend this tour!

Volcano tour - Recently had the pleasure of going on a volcano hike, and it was an experience I’ll never forget! Our tour guide, Josué, was exceptional—knowledgeable, friendly, and so passionate about the area. He made the hike both fun and informative, offering fascinating insights about the volcano’s history and the surrounding landscape. The views were absolutely breathtaking, with panoramic vistas that made every step worthwhile. From the lush vegetation to the dramatic crater views, it was a photographer’s dream. If you’re considering a volcano hike, I highly recommend this tour, especially with Josué leading the way. It’s an adventure you won’t want to miss!

This was a good tour with a nice friendly guide - Diego is a charming individual who likes to engage with the customers. Highly rated. He even got the Chocadero vendor to open his stand. Well done ! I liked his story about the childhood memories of eating at Pizza Hut after a day of selling produce at the market. Puts a lot of things into perspective

Fantastic Tour - Diego was excellent, great tour guide and a gentleman. Very knowledgeable, answered every question and gave very interesting information throughout. The hike was not too challenging from someone that enjoys hiking. Had a quick group that completed it up and down in about 2.5 hours (however less able groups would take considerably longer. Beautiful views at the top followed by lunch at the stunning lake. The water was so clear. Jumped in right from the hotel. Pick up and drop off right at the hotel. Fantastic day!
