Second time renting e-mountain bikes from them. Super friendly. Gave great suggestions. The bikes were well taken care of. We will rent from them again next time we are in Santa Cruz.

Walked in at 10am a my rental men bike was ready and waiting. Showed my Dr license and was out the door for an epic day of riding. EPICenter really lives up to the name!!!!!

Chris was very helpful getting us set up with Trek ebikes for the day. He recommended multiple trails and sandwich spots along the way. After we were done, he showed us some different bikes in the shop. Will definitely be getting a bike through Epicenter. Thank you for the great experience!

I reserved 4 Rail e-mountain bikes in advance. When we arrived they were all prepped for our height and weight and waiting for us. The tech was very helpful to do someone tuning on the drop seat height before we took off. He also did a good intro on how to use them.
We headed out to Wilder Ranch and had a great afternoon riding. One person’s bike had a minor malfunction out on the trail, but it didn’t limit his enjoyment much. When we returned, they inspected the bikes and saw the bike with the failure. And they quickly made it right for us.

On one of our bikes, the chain broke because it was way past the replacement date. That ruined our ride. The guys at the shop took no responsibility.
