the Bike was prepared before I came to pick it up and was in a really good shape. Additionally the Team took time to also setup the suspension and seat position perfectly. That was already the second time and the service was always excellent.

Excellent shop, super bike! We had lots of fun at Mt. Tam. Next time I will go to Epicenter Cycling in Mill Valley again.

Bike worked well but was fairly dirty. $100 for 6 hours is a bit steep as well. All in all it was good but not great

The rental is fast process but its overpriced. We rented a MTB for 2 hours for $119 and the bike is not even worth the price. People in the shop is not so friendly, probably just tired.
