Beautiful variety from stunning mountain views to atmospheric woodland. - Andy from Tenerife Guided Walks picked us up at hotel punctually, we met with 4 other pleasant Irish and UK walkers and arrived in Ananga. Andy cleverly recalibrated the walk on arrival to maximise our enjoyment of the prevailing local weather conditions keep us away from car tourists and over-busy viewpoints. I loved the changing views, terrain and aromas. I’ll definitely do another walk in this region with Andy next year

Anaga with Andy - Thank you Andy for a great trip. Andy is a great guide, he sets a sensible pace for the whole group, explained the fauna, geology and climate of the region in a very easygoing manner. Anaga sells itself with cloud forest covered ravines, amazing views and good easily walkable tracks. This was my second trip with Andy and I will definitely be going again

Amazing Anaga - end of September - This was the first of 2 walks I did with Andy and I loved it! Andy and Lynne are a great team - Lynne replied quickly and I had no worries about booking directly with them. Andy was ready and waiting exactly when he said he would be and the journey to Anaga passed quickly listening to Andy’s stories 🙂 he’s a careful and considerate driver. Andy has a great sense of humour but he’s also full of knowledge about the areas you’re walking through and the plants and flowers you pass along the way. This was the first hike I’d done with Andy and he was careful to choose a route that would be suitable given that he didn’t know what kind of a walker I was. All in all - a great day out and I’d definitely book another Anaga hike with Andy!

Picture perfect walks - Picture perfect walk. Andy is a great guide, his knowledge of the local flora, fauna and history of the island is very evident, and he is happy to share it with a clear pride. His knowledge of the trails however is outstanding, you are pretty much guaranteed a great walk whatever the weather does, as Andy will find a clear route up one way or another. 3 fabulous walks, great to meet others with the same interests. I’d definitely recommend and will be back.

Anaga hike with Tenerife Guided Walks - Stop looking further! Tenerife Guided Walks is thé place to book! The hike in Anaga PN was unforgettable. Andy gives, with his personal touch, a lot of info during the hike and he knows many tracks. He has more than a decade of experience in Anaga and depending on the weather he, jointly decides with us, what to best Anaga area is to hike today. Also, the pre-booking info and easiness to book are perfect. I really recommend Tenerife Guided Walks and definitely would book again! Keep on going Andy!

Wonderful hiking day at Anaga! - Anaga is such a beautiful place to spend your day hiking. At the beginning it didn’t seem like the conditions would be the best for hiking due to fog and possibility of rainfall, but we were lucky enough that it was sunny with wonderful views. Andy our guide made our day even more perfect, with interesting facts, encouraging attitude and a lot of patience. Really recommend for a days trip.

Great hike! - Nice hike with Andy in the Anaga Mountains in fog and drizzle had! The contrast with the south of the island in terms of weather was fascinating. Had also spoken briefly to Andy's wife a few days earlier. She was also very nice!

Anaga was amazing - I just had an amazing guided walk. Andy my guide went above and beyond to find a walk in sunshine when most of the region was cloudy and windy. Andy's expansive knowledge of the unique flora, fauna and history of the region also kept the walk informative and entertaining. Although I am fit I was initially worried the high temperatures in Tenerife would make walking uncomfortable. However there was plenty of shade. I rarely felt too warm and did not drink all the water I brought. The hotel pick up and drop off was also very convenient. Don't hesitate to book a guided walk in Tenerife with Andy for a unique experience that will leave lasting memories.

Anaga rainforest - Good points the walk and views where amazing bad points was expecting a forest walk as advertised but ended up in the creator’s so bit bewildered tbh as the majority of the group had already decided before we were picked up from our collection point that what they wanted so no input into it as I booked for my wife’s 50th bday. We didn’t come away with what we signed up for so was unfortunately disappointed with overall outcome carried jackets around expecting rainfall in a rainforest and done 10k in 36c no shade only advice take plenty of water
