Great experience in La Gomera - Fantastic landscapes if only calima wasn't a thing. It was kind o dusty and windy, plenty of things to do and see. It could have been organized better if they sent us a photo of the person doing the tour.

Well-organized tour - Actually, I'm not a fan of bus tours, but I didn't want to worry about anything in advance, as there are probably two things to consider when crossing. The organization was very good. Everything went smoothly. However, the guide on the bus was difficult to understand what was due to the built-in speakers. So we could hardly hear information about what was seen. The organiser would have to improve this. The places approached were absolutely fine. You could hardly have done more on your own. However, I would have put more focus on the cloud forest myself and a hike in it instead of St Sebastian. Noon was okay. Nothing special, but filling. I would only have liked at least one vegetarian, if not vegan variant. Every visitor was presented without asking the meat, much of which then migrated back to the kitchen, which is a great pity considering the creature behind it.

To visit but... only once! - The Canaries are all beautiful! About Tenerife, partly because it's big, partly because it's so much built with skyscrapers, traffic and full parking lots, maybe it's the one to visit but without going back. Its best aspect is certainly the climate and the most beautiful natural part is Teide, while the worst part is the multitude of pickpockets on both people and cars, having been robbed personally, without realizing it.

Extremely poor organisation of the tour - We loved La Gomera - few people, quiet, spectacular nature. The organisation of the tour was very poor. When we arrived at the departure point, we had to make several phone calls to the phone number provided, where we were answered by a person who spoke very poor English, who could not explain when the guide would arrive, but only said to wait. The guide was giving the tour in five languages at the same time, so he couldn't give much information due to lack of time. Before sailing to La Gomera, the guide collected the passengers' documents and lost the documents of two or three of them. I think this is a really terrible case.

Little flexibility - There was an error in the booking and they refused to move the date and we therefore lost the full amount

Terrible tour operator - AVOID THIS TOUR OPERATOR pick up time changed day before travel sent by email which wasn’t received until following morning and we missed the bus! £160 down the drain on the last day of our holiday, Contacted Viator no reply! They could at least have waited 10 minutes for us! Terrible customer service!
