After exploring the forest, the adventure continues to a cave village perched on the cliff’s edge. An unforgettable hike along a water channel will take you to some of Tenerife’s most rugged and untouched areas. The hike lasts approximately 3.5 to 4.5 hours. How about a picnic in a natural cave with a breathtaking view of the canyon and falcons soaring above? The entire trip takes around 7 hours, with hiking lasting about 3.5 to 4.5 hours.

Join us on a full-day experience of the Anaga Mountains, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and one of the last ancient laurisilva forests in Europe. We will pick you up from the southern part of the island and drive to the Anaga region on the north coast.
Our first stop will be at a breathtaking viewpoint with stunning views of Volcano Teide. From here, we will walk through the green tunnel of the ancient laurisilva forest, which has been preserved here for over 10,000 years.
After enjoying the forest, we will head to a cave village nestled on the ledge of the cliffs. We will then embark on an unforgettable hike along a water channel that will lead us to some of the most harsh and untouched places on Tenerife.
Along the way, we will stop for a picnic in a natural cave with stunning views of the canyon beyond and falcons flying around us.

Highly recomended - Ineresting and exciting tour and hike. Stoped at loads of great view and photo points on the way to the hike. Hike was a nice rund trip, if you are used to walking it is not a hard trip. The guide was funny, Nice and created a good atmosphere throughout the durarion of the excurtion. Also had good communication with us before the hike. Really enjoyed this, it was the peak experience of our vacation.

One of a kind hiking experience - This hiking trip was filled with delightful surprises. The enchanted forest truly stole the show. Who would have thought a volcanic mountain could boast a vibrant, humid forest rich with moss on one side, while the other revealed a stark, rocky landscape of sands, red dust, and cactus.Just a 10-minute drive from Santa Cruz by the sea, we suddenly found ourselves hovering above the clouds, gazing down at the shimmering ocean. The weather kept us on our toes—briefly chilly at first, necessitating light jackets—before we were welcomed by sunshine and ideal hiking temperatures after another 10 minutes.
I can't express enough gratitude for our guide, Alex. He patiently waited when I arrived late and infused our adventure with a delightful mix of humor and expertise about the local flora and geology, enriching our experience.
We started with a moderate warm-up, gradually ascending the trail. The highlight was navigating through tunnels, where we discovered caves that Alex whimsically referred to as “a two-bedroom apartment.”
The views at the summit took our breath away, and we were even treated to glimpses of goats and a friendly dog along the way.
The only way to justify my review is to simply experience it for yourself!

Amazing! - This was an amazing experience🤩 Alex the guide was so nice and really respects nature. He really made this hike all about enjoying the view rather then rushing forward!

Great Day Out - Communication with Alex was very good prior to meeting and he picked us up as planned.
We stopped off in a number of locations on the way for photo opportunities.
The walk was around 4 hours and required a reasonable level of fitness covering around 5 miles. Alex provided walking poles and hard hats for areas where there was a risk of rockfalls.
Lunch was included. We got through around 2.5L of water between 2 of us even though it wasn’t very hot.
Alex took photos through the day and sent them to us. Would recommend.

Beautiful scenery - My mom and I really enjoyed this experience. Beautiful views, a little challenging of a hike but worth it. Alex was very knowledgeable and friendly. Make sure to bring water. He also provided delicious sandwiches.

An amazing day of hiking - This hike was extremely exhilarating- there was not one boring moment on this whole tour. We saw a lot of beautiful scenery and even got to go into a cave home at the end of our hike.
Alex did a fabulous job keeping us engaged and safe. He also brought us a delicious lunch. I would highly recommend this hike.

An adventure in the clouds! - I was looking for something different to do in Tenerife rather than just ‘beach stuff’, and this caught my eye!
They have a great website and were really helpful before I’d booked regarding pick-ups.
Alex was really friendly when collecting me, and throughout the day. He was very considerate of everyone and their individual needs. As a solo traveler, I appreciated this!
The trip itself was excellent, going into the rainforest and adventuring up the mountains and along narrow paths! I would recommend it for most people, except maybe those who are terrified of heights!
When I am back in Tenerife I will be booking another trip!

Beautiful, challenging hike - First off, Alex is an amazing guide! I was pretty scared during much of the hike and he gave me pep talks and even held my hand when I panicked. He was also a great storyteller who uses humor well. The views are amazing and he knows everything about the area. There is a part with caves that was really special. This hike is not for people with a fear of heights, as you will be on small pathways on the side of mountains. Physically it is challenging but doable; mentally, it is very challenging! Overall I would recommend this tour to anyone that enjoys adventure and the outdoors.

Anaga Mountains hiking experience - The trip left a lasting impression. Actually, our family didn't expect that. It took both strength and stamina. It was a unique experience. Alex, our Guide, is not only an interesting interlocutor, he told us many interesting things about Tenerife, but also a professional. Provided a lot of necessary information about camping. He was always there to help when our group needed him. Our group felt safe with him. Vacation Package 100% recommended. My advice: a hearty breakfast is mandatory. This will give strength and energy, and we wish Alexei and Elena luck in their activities. Thanks for the wonderful experience...
