- Santa Cruz de Tenerife - The Tenerife Auditorium, designed by the architect Santiago Calatrava, is a building with a strong sculptural impact. Located in an unparalleled landscape setting, it offers the visitor the opportunity to enjoy a great work of architecture together with others of nature, such as the sea and the mountain range that forms the old Anaga massif. The Parroquia Matriz de Nuestra Señora de La Concepción is the main Catholic temple in the city, built on the first hermitage founded by the conquerors in Santa Cruz. Its tower was built in 1786 and is one of the most recognizable symbols of the old chicharrero town. The Santa Cruz Palmetum is a unique project in the world, which has transformed a garbage dump into a space for leisure and botanical culture. In its gardens grows the best collection of palm trees in Europe, and one of the best in the world. Inaugurated in 1996, the International Center for Fairs and Congresses is located in the capital of the Island - San Cristobal de La Laguna - A UNESCO World Heritage City San Cristóbal de La Laguna was the first city in Canaria to be declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Its colonial architecture, the linear layout of its streets, and a large pedestrian shopping area give a distinctive mark to this old university city. Enjoying its historic streets is an unforgettable experience. The main advantage of the historic center of La Laguna is that its rich heritage is concentrated in a very small space, due to the city’s own history and evolution. - La Orotava - La Orotava is one of the most beautiful towns on the island. Located in the middle of the valley of the same name, it stands out for its perfectly preserved buildings, which has led the city center to be declared a Historic-Artistic Site. You can breathe in its streets that stately air that has never left it since the conquest of the Island. - Puerto de la Cruz - Although it is the smallest municipality in Tenerife, Puerto de la Cruz has attractions such as its protected historic center or a wide sea front, perfect for long walks. It occupies the coast of the Valle de La Orotava in an impressive landscape dominated by the 3,718-meter-high Mount Teide on its horizon. Its pleasant climate made it the first tourist center in the Canary Islands. It has temperatures that range between 22 ºC and 15 ºC that allow you to enjoy the sea, the outdoors and tranquility throughout the year. - Icod de los Vinos - The Drago Milenario is the figure that identifies Icod de Los Vinos. It is a must, but no less than a tour of the cobbled streets and small squares and fountains in the heart of the municipality. - Garachico - Garachico is today one of the most important historic centers in the Canary Islands. The rich historical-artistic heritage inherited from the past and the special care that has been taken in its conservation, earned it the award, in 1980, of the Gold Medal for Merit in Fine Arts. Respect for this legacy has made it possible for Garachico to present itself to us today as a valuable example of art in the Canary Islands, particularly urban planning and the traditional architecture of the Archipelago. For this reason, the urban fabric of the municipal capital was declared by the Canary Government, in February 1994, an Asset of Cultural Interest with the category of Historic Complex. - Los Gigantes - Los Gigantes, one of the most spectacular landscapes in the municipality of Santiago del Teide and Tenerife. It is part of the Teno Rural Park and reaches 600 meters in height from the sea at some points, in an almost straight drop that makes you dizzy. - Candelaria - Located in the southeast of Tenerife, a special air is breathed in Candelaria. In its solemn basilica, surrounded by imposing Guanche statues, it houses the image of the Virgen de la Candelaria, patron saint of the Canary Islands.

Highlight of our Holiday - This tour was very well organised by Gloma Travel and we would thoroughly recommend them. Our hotel pick up was on time and our guide for the day, Joel, was five star. He was very considerate, a good driver, and possessed an excellent knowledge of all things Tenerife. He is an excellent ambassador for the island.

Fantastic private tour - Highly recommend this private tour from Gloma Travel. From beginning to end the arrangements and tour itself were excellent. Belen was a fabulous guide and took us across many places of interest on the island that we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. We even enjoyed some gorgeous Canarian cheese and wine on Belen’s recommendation. Can’t rate this experience highly enough - a great day out and exceptional value for money.

Great tour of the North - Booked this tour last minute to get a chance to explore the island. Diego was able to show us so much of the island in one day that we wouldn't be able to do on our own. He also took us a bunch of local spots that showed the islands true beauty of culture and terrain. The tour was very tailored to our needs and interests. We went to Masca village, visited black sand beaches, 1000 year old dragon tree in Icod, Visited the town of Garachico and La Orotava, ate local cusine and more! We were staying in the south part of the island near La Caleta/Costa Adeje which has a totally different scenery than the North. Would definitely book again to see more!
