Humbled - What a lovely experience. Great people with a strong history. We were shown around the village and visited the Maroon Museum and had a cold drink in local bar. It’s not an easy drive to get there and it is very basic so don’t expect a souvenir shop.

MUST SEE - This trip is a MUST for all people to the Island of Jamaica. The Strength, Passion and Purpose of the Maroons is what Liberty and Freedom looks like for all formerly enslaved people. Amazing experience, welcoming community and highly knowledgeable about their history.
