Horrible Experiene - The guide Tibo had introduced himself and mentioned he will connect 2 days in advance. 2 days prior to tour he mentioned water will be very cold choose some other activity. When we stuck to the same plan he said .. we will go for some temple visit. We passed this info to guest. He had never mentioned there will be no Mudbath. On the day of tour he was very adamant and said water is very cold I will not wait in water for Snorkelling .Guests finished Snorkelling in 45 mins as one of us didnt know swimming. The snorkelling gear was in poor shape and outdated. Later guide denied to take guest to Mud bath as its located on other side of island and said he has got the guests to superior snorkeling location. and Now if they want to do Mud bath guests should pay 200 EURs The guests are demanding refund as both activities Mud bath and Snorkeling was not conducted properly & guide was trying to Sweet-talk and avoid providing booked services The guests experience was ruined due to this behaviour of guide.
