Deepen your sense of place - learn more about Guadalupe and Santa Fe itself. - I learned so much on this tour about Guadalupe, Santa Fe, Mexico, and more. Gustavo is an excellent guide and showed us a variety of Guadalupe images ranging from historic depictions in churches, to neighborhood ceramic tiles, and even more casual expressions. He really took the time to explain the history but also current artistic interpretation and context. His knowledge and passion for the topic really shows. I appreciated the variety of spaces that we visited and the pace of the tour. I learned more about Santa Fe itself and enjoyed walking through one of the neighborhoods - it deepened my sense of the place. This is the best walking tour I've ever done. I've already recommended the tour to two friends who will be in Santa Fe in October.

Very passionate informed walking tour and guide - The guide Gustavo was very well researched, welcoming, warm and passionate about the topic. We learnt so much about Our Lady of Guadlupe. This tour is a must for all visitors of Santa Fe. Loved it all and would do it again.

Insightful tour of Our Lady. - Recently my husband and I had the privilege of participating in Gustavo's Our Lady of Guadalupe Walking Tour and it was an enriching experience. For anyone visiting Santa Fe looking for an excursion that combines spirituality, art, and local culture this tour would make an outstanding choice.
Gustavo's dedication for this topic is evident from the first moment you begin your tour. His insightful commentary delves deeply into Our Lady of Guadalupe's historical significance while making it accessible for people regardless of religious background. Personally, I never knew Our Lady of Guadalupe originally had a crown, and I've grown up knowing about Our Lady practically my whole life. This tour allows visitors to appreciate both artistry and history of this region while at the same time engaging in spiritual exploration.
Gustavo introduced us to the works of Santa Fe artist Carlos Cervantes at Louis Montano Park, adding a contemporary and vibrant element to our understanding of Santa Fe culture and history. Gustavo's knowledge about Cervantes was both fascinating and informative.
Overall, Gustavo's tour is an outstanding way to learn about Santa Fe's rich heritage, with something for every visitor's interests: spiritual or simply artistic/cultural. Highly recommended as an enriching and enjoyable experience!

Incredible and Insightful Walking Tour - This might be the best walking tour I have ever been on. Gustavo brings together history, religion, and street-art in an extraordinary blend with wonderful attention to detail and incredible storytelling. Whether you are a local or a visitor, it will transform your understanding of Santa Fe and its rich and complex history. The palpable blessings of Our Lady are a bonus.

Book this tour! - My best friend and I scheduled a few days in Santa Fe for a girls trip. Santa Fe is made for tourists, but we really wanted something a little off the beaten path. I’m so proud I found Gustavo’s tour because it was exactly what we were hoping it would be. Gustavo has an insane amount of knowledge about Guadalupe, as well as the history of Santa Fe. We can’t recommend this tour enough!!

A rich, unique, and fantastic experience! - Gustavo is a knowledgeable tour guide who is passionate about Our Lady of Guadalupe and his passion and excitement are contagious! This tour is informative, fun, and a great way to see a slice of Santa Fe that you would not otherwise experience. This was a rich and unique experience that I would repeat and highly recommend to others.

Best tour, must do - This is a must do tour in Santa Fe! I didn’t know what to expect going into the tour, and I absolutely loved it! We got to see parts of Santa Fe that I would have never gotten to see otherwise. Gustavo was so knowledgeable and is a great story teller who’s really passionate about his work! Wether you are a first time visitor or a local to Santa Fe I recommend I 100% recommend this tour.

History and Art Lovers Dream Tour! - Gustavo is an amazing tour guide who has curated an experience like no other tour in Santa Fe! You will learn the origins and interpretations of Our Lady of Guadalupe. The walking tour takes you to many unique sites you might otherwise walk right by! This tour allows you to uncover the city's artistic treasures while learning about the religious and cultural history- a must do!

Get to know a different Santa Fe - What a fantastic and unexpected walking tour! Not your usual tourist tour. Gustavo is a very knowledgeable guide with lots of great stories, history of the Virgin of Guadalupe and Santa Fe and you walk through some great neighborhoods. This tour made me love Santa Fe -- I used to think it was just a place for wealthy people and loud tourists but this tour revealed the diversity and richness of the people of Santa Fe, and what a special place it is, so full of history and charm. Lots of walking -- bring a hat and water. An unusual and unique walking tour!
