Great way to learn a bit about Santa Fe - Really enjoyed getting to go at our own pace. Directions were awesome. Sites and information provided were very interesting.

Fun day in old Quebec City - Sebastian, our audio guide, was an excellent leader through Vieux Quebec. His English with theFrench accent made the tour even more authentic. The information he provided was thoughtful and informative. His directions were not always followed correctly which caused a somewhat gruff gentleman with a British accent to advise us to consult our map as we were most definitely lost. The audio guide was well worth the cost, though I’m not sure why I was charged for two tickets when my wife and I listened on my phone sharing my earbuds.

Bad start. Excellent end. - Figuring out how it works. The apps were confusing.I really liked the narrator’s voice. Perfect for the story. Learned a lot. Loretto story of the staircase miracle was the best. Also being so close to Billy the Kid!

Historical old town Sante Fe - Very easy to follow, allowing for stops along the way just by pausing the narrative. Lots of interesting history that we would have missed on our own.

Best glimpse into the history of Santa Fe - The narrator was great and the info very interesting. You can pause or read the info at any time. I took the tour after 6pm and it was still great. Next time I’d do it between 10am and 5pm to be able to visit some of the sites during their opening hours.

Fun & educational - My favorite was Loretto Chapel. I loved the narrator’s telling of the story. I chuckled several times during this tour. A few times I couldn’t keep up with his walking directions and had to repeat sections.

Our first walkinbg tour & we would do it again. - This was out first time trying the Viator and Walkntour App.
Honestly, it would be helpful if the directions had a large font and bold headline. It took us some time, to realise we needed to download the WalknTours app. The tour is really through the 2nd app and not through Viator, You are playing Viator.
The tour was interesting, but. We parked at a location that we knew we could fit our vehicle. Basically, we were doing the tour in reverse. The app followed out location, but we always seemed to have to restart the app. It was not ideal but we made it work. There was some intersesting details provided. Again, this was our first time using the Walkntours app and through Viator, and we will know the process the next time.

Beautiful city. So so app - Beautiful City. And informative However, App only functioned on one phone after we paid for two.. directions need work towards the end of the tour.
