Excellent experience, highly recommended - This is an excellent food tour. Jerard was very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Santa Fe, and shared many interesting and unique stories. He went above and beyond and took us to delicious local food and drink spots, and even brought us homemade biscochitos. We came to the food tour very hungry and left it very full and happy.

Santa Fe Railyard Food Tour - My husband and I booked a walking food tour with Vigilante Tours, our guide’s name was Gerard the owner. We truly enjoyed listening to Gerard tell us the history of Santa Fe and how it is now a thriving city with gorgeous adobe architecture all around the historic areas. We learned that Santa Fe is known for its many Art Galleries in town, for its multicultural history, for its artist, chefs and beautiful back drop mountains. At the Rail Yard where me met for out tour they have several festivals and celebrations during the year, they have a farmers market and an arts & crafts markets as well as many places to eat. We stopped at a few local restaurants and bars and we loved all of them. Our favorite food place was Tomasitas Mexican Restaurant where we tried sopapillas which they served with honey and 2 chile sauces, they do not serve the typical Chips and salsa, we loved them. Our favorite cocktail was at As Above , So Below craft local cocktails. We tried a unique drink 🥤 served with beautiful presentation and it tasted delicious. Be sure to stop by at this place you are in for a treat. We also tried local pizza and went to two breweries, all were excellent. We loved chatting with Gerard as he was very knowledgeable of the history and all the amenities Santa Fe has to offer. We recommend his tour company 100%. Tomasitas Mexican Restaurant first

Don't miss out on this extraordinary food tour! - We had an absolutely delightful experience with our food tour in Santa Fe, guided by Gerrard Vigil. From start to finish, it was a culinary journey through the heart of this vibrant city. Our guide's passion for Santa Fe's food culture was evident in every stop. We tasted a variety of local dishes and breweries, each more delicious than the last, and learned about the history and traditions behind them. The tour was well-paced, allowing us to savor each bite while also soaking in the charm of the city. Gerard was not only knowledgeable about the food but also shared fascinating anecdotes about Santa Fe's rich cultural heritage. It felt like exploring the city with a friend who knew all the best spots. Overall, this food tour was a perfect blend of gastronomy, history, and local insight. Whether you're a visitor or a local looking to rediscover Santa Fe's hidden gems, I highly recommend this tour for an unforgettable experience.

Best tour in Santa Fe! - Jerard was the best tour guide! Super knowledgeable and accommodating! Not only did he take us to many places we had on our list to visit as we heard they were the "go to" places but also told us about many other hidden gems! I would definitely recommend to everyone and would go back for another tour when we are back in Santa Fe!

It's worth every penny! Such a good time - Jerard was a down to earth local guy who loved sharing tid bits and history about Santa fe. The food at the stops was great (local pizza and tacos). The drinks were all good. We were definitely full and had a slight buzz when we were done. We also got to learn about other places to visit while we were there. Thanks again for a great experience. It was definitely our favorite experience during our visit.

Outstanding - Due to other guests having to cancel, we received a private tour and our guide was actually the owner, Jerard, who was not only personable but extremely knowledgeable of NM history and the local culture and culinary scene. I highly recommend Vigilante Tours as one of the first things to do in Santa Fe. The owner indicated that he will be offering other tours in the future and based on our experience it would be worthwhile to check them out.
