Tuscani Cioccolato prides itself on its direct import of cocoa from Nicaragua, with particular focus on two regional locales: ‘La Dalia’ and ‘Matiguas’. Our entire chocolatier process, encompassing everything from the roasting stage to final tempering, aims at drawing out the fullest flavors of our chosen Nicaraguan cacao for a truly nuanced taste. We strive to ensure that our two distinct strains of single-origin Trinitario cocoa sing in every bite.
