The experience was amazing, beautiful place and the attention of the guide Gabriel - The visit to the waterfall was excellent, the guide was friendly, being aware of anything, always answering everything in which we had doubts. The food was not what was expected in that if they looked bad, they could take care of it because it is not good food care.

Amazing experience! Long drive but worth it! - A must experience. Extra cost: $200 pesos entrance, $100 lunch, $10 city entrance, bring extra pesos for tip and shopping. Bring water shoes. Gets slippery. Waterproof case for cellphones.

The waterfalls super cute, transparent and you have a lot of fun, more if you do all the tour, it is very picturesque place - Our guide was Gabriel, was very friendly, attentive, explained us very well the landscape throughout the way, made us enjoy the experience in the waterfalls to the fullest, the transport very spacious and comfortable. The only thing I think they can get better at is the bathrooms and a little bit of food, but out there everything is super good.

Seniors to the waterfall tour - Long ride on a very windey road. Nice vehicle to ride in. Enjoyed the waterfalls very much. At the last waterfall there was zip line which I tried to go on but was told I needed 50 peso to go on it. Our tour never mentioned this was an option so therefore I didn’t bring any money into the waterfall hike and I wasn’t going all the way back to the vehicle to get money to go on it. That was disappointing but otherwise a good tour. The buffet was very good.

Bilingual Not a Chance - We paid for a bilingual guide and got one who couldn’t speak but a few words of English. He gave wonderful background on all the sites… only in Spanish. The only reason I give this three stars is that the falls were great and the guide kind. But we did not receive what we were told. Save the money and take a taxi.
